Ease of accesses.

Pros

Ease of app. Map works quickly and efficiently. Up to date alerts with progress of approvals. Simple and easy to understand.

Cons

Login is quirky. Don't always work the first time even though I know my password. Registration is unclear.

Pros

High level overview of each expense report is fairly thorough.

Cons

User interface is near unusable. Flow of adding receipts, starting new expense report, coding right projects on each line item is poor. Titles of menu options are not concise and clear.

Quick submission of my monthly work expenses and an ongoing archive of my expenses over time.

Pros

The mobile and online tools are integrated so they can be used interchangably. It's also easy to create new expense reports and view archived reports.

Cons

I've had recent trouble syncing receipts via the mobile app. One receipt in particular is stuck in sync mode, so I had to take another photo of the receipt, email it to myself, download it and then upload it online.

Ease of use

Pros

Being able to take pictures of receipts, mobile app, ability to use the software wherever I happen to be.

Cons

It seems somewhat cumbersome and somewhat confusing. The flow of the software is not clear and I often have trouble getting more than one receipt into one expense report.

Pros

Paperless! Approvals are done electronically so there is no delay if people are traveling. The status updates as the report progresses to approval is also a good reference when budgets and projects are closing

Cons

Editing and saving is a little confusing in the web browser, like editing the title then clicking a tiny save button up there when normally you save at the bottoms for expense editing

Cons

I have yet to find a flaw. Its very user friend, any issues you may experience the customer service group helps right away.

Scan reciepts and upload to data in the field. Easy software to use to generate expenses. Quick and efficient.

Cons

Mobile app can be difficult, accessibility can be limited. Sometimes have trouble with maps. Most of time no issues though.

The upload does not always read the receipts automatically, and there are not as many options to choose from when sorting what the purchase was for. It would be nice to be able to split up a receipt, I think that is possible only on the desktop version? In the app would be nice. Overall, though I like that I can just upload and forget about it.

Pretty self explanatory.

Cons

The web version is not as explanatory. The layout and user experience needs more thought.

The software expense report tool is very friendly and easy to use. The menu structure is very straight forward to use with very little training. No more having to keep track of company expenses manually.

Pros

The ease of submitting expenses.

Cons

A little more difficult or time consuming to add guests to the expense when you have always re-type people's names and job titles that you submit routinely to expenses. It would nice to have a drop down memory of past guests.

Certify has been very easy to adapt to, with an intuitive interface that meets my needs.

The only downside was having to get our Finance department to register me rather than being able to self-register.
