Certify is the same price as all the other companies, but it is so user friendly, has a great interface and has outstanding customer service. Pros Super easy to use, outstanding customer service, not expensive at all, extremely customizable, makes life easier for our sales reps. Pros I like that I do not have to carry around receipts any longer. I don't have the bulging pockets and random slips of paper all over the place anymore. It is easy to use and can review the history of my expenses easily. However, when I use Certify app with my iPhone, the category always come up short. The category does not show fully stated. Also, I wish there is a function to upload multiple pictures. Thank you. Pros I can review the history of my expenses and correct easily. Pros Easy to use, puts relevant information in front of me. Cons There is not much to say about this, maybe some small improvement on workflow, it wasn't clear initially how to approve the expense. Don't have to waste others time following up either. It's all through Certify and very easy to track. Pros Certify is super easy to use. Everything is in one place when it comes to expenses including submitting expenses and approvals. Cons There isn't anything that I really dislike about this software. Used the software for: ### "Using Certify" December 16, 2016 4.0 Certify is very easy to use, the only problem I have with it is I take care of one department that has many cost centers and product codes within it. I need to be able to code each expense with those cost centers and product numbers so that the accounts payable department can also see them and are able to deduct them from the correct cost center and product code. Monthly balancing has been a nightmare as I have to go back into certify and look up the cost center and product code for every month. Right now we have 25 different product codes; that means looking up again all those product codes that I already entered into Certify. This wastes my time. It puts a random number. Some of the options are difficult to use if you want to assign more categories to the bill. It's a great little tool as long as you are keeping things simple. Pros It's easy to forward receipts to Certify to have them show up as images in your "wallet" from which you can create expense reports. Cons Adjusting reports once they've been kicked back to you is nearly impossible. In the few cases I've had, it's been easier to start from scratch than make a few seemingly simple adjustments.
