Only thing that is a little annoying is receiving notifications on my phone whenever there is a maintenance notification. September 15, 2016 4.0 Pretty good. The receipt linking function can be a bit tricky. Some of the interfaces could be redesigned using human factors engineering. But it is overall easy to use and helpful. P.S. I submit for international expenses often and sometimes the exchange rates allowed do not match what you actually get when you change money overseas. Given this, I have to file in U.S. dollars and give extensive clarifying info. Not sure what the solution is, since given more latitude in exchange rates would make expense fudging/fraud much easier. Pros Very good way to keep track of expenses as one goes along. Can add receipts as you go, which is nice. In my opinion, user experience and first impression is the most important and this is what I had with Nexonia. Cons when we entering expense with currency other than $ and in case we overed the budget we don't know that till we try to submit. Our previous report involved coding for different departments and would actually get kicked back if we did it wrong (but didn't tell you what was wrong you had to figure it out..) this was simple and I got my expense report money quickly! Pros I love how easy it is to use Nexonia! The software we used before no joke came with a training pamphlet, with Nexiona I was able to log in and do my first report without any training - very straight forward! Cons I wish they made the direct deposit more obvious - I didn't realized they offered this service until after I submitted my expense report and had to wait for the check.
