The following product was added as a result. - RF-SMART WMS ## February 2024 The 2023 Capterra Shortlist for Digital Signage has been retracted due to issues that were identified with some of the data used in the initial publication of the report and are being addressed. ## July 2023 Capterra Shortlist for Contract Management was updated after their original publication (April 2023) to correct the list of qualified products and to update the analysis based on the results of review audit activity. The following product(s) were added or removed as a result. - Gatekeeper was removed. - Contractsafe was added. ## April 2023 Several Capterra Shortlist reports were updated after their original publication (February 2023) to include data that was accidentally omitted from the evaluation. The following products were added or removed from the following reports as a result. - **Capterra Shortlist for EMR Software CRM 2023**: My Best Practice and TriMed Complete were added. - **Capterra Shortlist for Medical Billing Software 2023**: TriMed Complete was added. - **Capterra Shortlist for Nonprofit CRM 2023**: Donorbox was added; Charityproud was removed. - **Capterra Shortlist for Telemedicine Software 2023**: Health Recovery Solutions and TriMed Complete were added; Medesk and TeleHab were removed. - **Capterra Shortlist for Video Editing Software 2023**: KineMaster and Shotcut were added; Doodly and Wisecut were removed. ## August 2022 Fleet Maintenance Capterra Shortlist was updated to incorporate missing data. As a result of this additional data, Whip Around and PTM-VISION have been added to the report. ## June 2022 Digital Signature Capterra Shortlist was updated to incorporate missing data. As a result of this additional data, Foxit eSign has been added to the report, RightSignature has moved, and Cocosign has been removed. ## May 2022 Due to the rebranding of Shedul to Fresha in February 2020, the Capterra Shortlist methodology required including ratings, search volume and popularity data for Shedul to be included in the Capterra Shortlist evaluation used in this report. This data was not included in the original evaluation.  While the results in the published report remain within our confidence levels and the quadrant placements remain the same, updated scores for Fresha as of May 2022 are presented below. As a result of this additional data, Tidio has been added to the report. No other vendors were impacted. ## March 2022 End Point Protection 2022 Capterra Shortlist and Computer Security 2021 Capterra Shortlist reports were updated to remove references to a Russian company. Because of the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Capterra (a Gartner company) has decided to remove Russian companies from its active catalog and research.
