UCLA neuroscientist Theodore Berger has developed a microchip that can be implanted in your brain to boost your memory.

That may seem like the beginning of a science fiction story, but it's [reality](https://www.technologyreview.com/s/513681/memory-implants/).

The good news for those of us who don't want to have a chip surgically implanted into our brains is that there's a far less intrusive, less permanent method of upgrading your brainpower with technology.

I'm talking about podcasts.

The beauty of podcasts is that not only can you learn on the go, but you can choose what you want to learn about with laser focus.

If you work in any area of [finance and accounting](https://www.capterra.com/accounting-software/), you need to stay fresh on the latest news and trends in fintech.

When you're trying to run a business, sifting through thousands of online articles or subscribing to print magazines is a highly inefficient way of staying in the know. Podcasts give you access to the latest information while you walk your dog, commute, or run on the treadmill.

But as podcasting has exploded in popularity, it has become harder and harder to discover which shows are worth your time. That's where this article comes in.

I've scoured the web to come up with ten fintech podcasts that you can learn from as we enter the final stretch of 2018 and look ahead to another new year of business.

## 10 fintech podcasts to keep you in the know
