It works with our network of dealers using SSO, is easy to setup and maintain with multiple agencies and internal teams, easy to find and search for images with the ability to crop/downsize and the ability to be used as a central image repo for our main product image database. The support team is very friendly and continues to ensure my projects and needs are met. The tool continues to evolve and excited to see where it goes from here. Cons The SSO was limited and couldn't share more than basic data, but with the new roll outs we've been able to get a solution that works better than our original idea. Training was very detailed, took a while but they went into everything. They always answer emails right away, and they help on every question I have very fast. The customer service is wonderful. Pros Selected the IntelligenceBank Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform because of its user-friendly interface, which stood out compared to other platforms—particularly the main dashboard, which is intuitive and easy to navigate. After training, the system was very easy to use, especially when tagging assets with keywords for efficient searching. The most widely used feature for my company is the powerpoint connector which allows the employees to drag drop photos and our brand clip and assets. The folder management capabilities are a major benefit, allowing us to control access by making content public, department-specific, or available company-wide. The platform supports a wide range of file types, including JPEGs, pdfs, svgs, videos, eps, pngs.  Creative assets can be found either through keyword search or by browsing folders which is a huge plus for us. Cons No basic creative asset builder built within. Linking to project management platforms cost more money. August 4, 2025 5.0 Intelligence Bank were much more customer focussed, their whole approach seemed to be much orientated to how their product could be customised to fit our requirements, rather than being shown a finished product we had to fit into. We leaked the whole focus on changes coming from user requests. The cost was also markedly lower than some of the other options. Pros High levels of support and customisation, everything was focussed on what we wanted to achieve with the platform, rather than how we fitted into their product. We had regular weekly calls during implementation meaning a lot of development happened quickly. Project documentation and how-to guides were well put together. The platform is highly intuitive and easy to use. The integration happened seamlessly, we migrated from a very outdated platform and were really worried, but it was all fine. Customer support was always on hand and issues resolved quickly. The DAM is used daily by the business and no issues to speak of. Good analytics and reporting tools to look at uptake of DAM and asset usage. Excellent plugins for social media management. Cons Their main office is based in Australia so scheduling calls was tricky due to time difference, but no real issue and they now have someone in the UK. It easily allows me to choose the number of folders and change the folder icons to look great and easily organise the database. Cons There isn't anything I don't like about it. December 16, 2024 5.0 The experience has been extremely positive. We have had great success achieving all of our initial goals with IntelligenceBank. Their customer support has been extremely good as well. We really don't have any complaints about the product. It has its quirks like every other DAM I've used, but it is very powerful and reliable. We use it to store all of our media assets and we use the API in conjunction with our iOS/Android app. The CDN they use on all public share links allows the content in the app to load quickly for users all over the world. Pros \- I like the customer support. They have taken a lot of energy and put it into ensuring their customers are happy and successful. - I have also had success integrating IntelligenceBank's API to automatically share content in a mobile app (Ram Dass Be Here Now) - API was also used to do a transfer from another DAM into IntelligenceBank very quickly; we transferred the raw data of 23,000 resources with attached metadata in less than 72 hours. - They use Amazon S3 as the storage source which makes uploading and downloading a breeze. - Our team has found it to be extremely easy to use compared to the last DAM we were on. - Every day the DAM is used by our team and so far every issue has been resolved with ease. Cons If you don't have a technical person on staff to be the Administrator, you will be relying heavily on the customer success representatives to assist you during the initial first few months. This is not a knock on the platform at all, but it is very modular and there are many ways to use it. November 18, 2023 5.0 We have had nothing but positive experience from the quick onboarding process, which we had expressed early on that we were on a tight timeline, and IntellegenceBank delivered. To the great team who supports us. We had initially tried a different DAM and had a very bad experience, they did not seem to know what they were doing over there. What a difference IntellegenceBank was! Like night and day, a vast improvement. I only wish we went with them from the start. Pros The ease of use The support we receive from the team at IntelligenceBank. They are valuable assets and treat us as partners, not really like customers. Help you come up with solutions to things you are trying to do. The interface is very user friendly. Cons Can't really think of anything, everything so far seems to be working as expected. Switched from [Brandfolder](https://www.capterra.com/p/133103/Brandfolder/) A number of reasons, first and foremost, the lack of compatibility with the latest version of Drupal, after we were promised it was compatible. The support team did not feel very knowledgeable about the product and at times felt like they were just reading off a script. We would often ask a question and the scripted response we would receive often would not even address the question! The interface was clunky and not user friendly at all, there was no folder structure, something my team kept asking about. I could list a lot more reasons, but you get the gist. Most, if not all of these issues were not a problem with IntellegenceBank! Pros The use of approval flow - we use it as the number one source and storing for all approvals. Should we need any proof for when something was approved we can find it in there. Used the software for: ### "Excellent value " October 18, 2016 5.0 I am an Adobe CC user and I really like the integration with Adobe Bridge. Being able to add meta data via Bridge is a huge help. Many of our files were previously tagged with information and not having to duplicate that information is huge. I cant really find anything to dislike. I look forward to the many upgrades that are being worked on. I am in need of a rotation component to file mark-ups. I.B. help desk is now creating one. The help desk is very attentive. Our biggest challenge is creating a single access point for all images that have been created for many years. Being able to create a single repository with existing and new meta data for searching is important. From a single access point we can now catalog over 15 years of images with global changes that dramatically reduce time and efforts. Our IB will also replace using Drop Box. We can now work more efficiently with image annotations as well as share files more efficiently. I have created D.A.M systems and Intelligence Bank has been the easiest and most intuitive. The initial launch can seem intimidating, but once you go through the tutorials it all makes sense. Plus, the Customer service is awesome.
