We most use the agenda and notifications, and I also like building out custom pages with additional event information for attendees. Cons Only one user at a time can make edits to the event website in the backend. This makes it harder during big efforts like adding sessions and speakers for multi-day conference programs because multiple team members can't work in parallel. We just tried out their Event Attendee Management and badge printing system and it is life changing. That used to be the most stressful part of our conference for me and it breezed by this year. I am also the type of person who doesn't like to let control go of processes but the team walked me through each step and was there to answer any question I had no matter how inane. Pros Ease of use and ability to learn the software quickly and without any issue. Anyone in the office is able to create and update in the software regardless of experience. The price was also a big positive as we are a not-for-profit organization, we are able to look like the big companies out there without breaking our budget. Cons Its honestly not a big deal, but having to use two separate apps for a branded event app and a lead capture app instead of having them integrated into one and access given to each based on status is a mild inconvenience if you can even call it that. Pros EventMobi allows a lot of diversity with design and capabilities within the software in order to provide a unique mobile app where I am able to provide only the information necessary for my conferences. I like having the ability to use Live Polls, to communicate directly with attendees throughout the conference and to update details during the event to provide the most up-to-date information at all times. Cons There is not one specific location to access all of the live polls. In order to access the live polls, attendees must go to each specific presentation which makes things a bit more difficult if attendees are not following along in their app continuously throughout each day. This also helps in our last minute changes. We are still looking for increasing the ROI for any sponsors who want to further utilize the app. Any time I have an issue or I'm curious about another event's app, my CSM is more than happy to walk through with me. Love that it is almost always a call instead of a link to a help page. Pros EventMobi's integration with Swoogo is definitely a high point. We also like the basic functionality and look forward to expanding our app for increased use. It's very easy to add your meeting info (schedule, speakers, attendees) and there is a lot of customization as well. You can select the color theme, change the widgets on the home screen, set up polls, and many other things. They also follow up after your event with a detailed analytics report on app usage. Their support is excellent if you need any assistance. I've always been able to get someone via their chat box when you're setting up the app. This is an awesome product and I can't see us moving to another platform anytime soon.
