Amazing! Best Customer Service. Easy to use platform.

Pros

The CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I Cannot say enough good things about this. I help run a team, and I also do training. I recommend Trumpia to everyone I train and meet! I left a similar texting service due to lack of customer service. I interviewed 5+ companies and found that Trumpia was the perfect fit! The customer service before I even signed up was amazing. The contact at Trumpia was very good at explaining everything to me and I am very very happy.

Cons

Sometimes directly texting one contact is annoying because you have to add them as a contact before texting them. Some platforms you can just send a text and type a number and its super easy. I do like that Trumpia is more concerned for safety!

My overall experience has been positive and when I needed some assistance Trumpia support was right there to assist.

Pros

What I like about having Trumpia is the option to have a second way to communicate technical issues or possible office closing due to weather. Most of the time we do this via email, but there have been at least 2 times where Microsoft was having an outage that email was down, so this allowed us to alert our users of the situation. We have looked at other competitors, but Trumpia cost was lower which proved to be a value for the money. The interface is easy to use. System is easy to learn.

Cons

I really don't have any cons to reports at this time. We don't need to use Trumpia all that much but like I said it has come in handy when we needed it.

Trumpia delivered above and beyond all expectations. We were so happy to do business with them and would encourage others who are considering to work with them to do so. You will certainly not regret it.

Pros

The product is stellar and far superior than any other on the market but what I loved the most was the care and support of the Trumpia team. They were incredibly kind and took various meetings with us as we learned the platform.

Cons

There's a little bit of a learning curve but the Trumpia team was always available to assist. I can't think of a single thing I didn't like about Trumpia.

If you have a large, complex organization with offices/customers across the US, the cost is worth all the features the system offers companies.

The cost of the program for a medium-sized organization or a company that is not looking to utilize all the features.

Overall, Trumpia provided what we needed at the time. The messaging was easy to facilitate. Adding and removing people was simple to follow. And if we needed to pull up past history information it was easy to find.

Pros

It was very easy to use. And the support team was very helpful. If we had an issue or questions, they were quick with helping us.

Cons

We do not have any cons for Trumpia that I can think. It was very easy to use and the help we received was always amazing.

Our experience with Trumpia has been great. If in the future we decide the new payroll provider is not what we thought it would be, I would consider using Trumpia again.

Pros

Our company used Trumpia to send out text announcements to employees on any schedule changes or announcements. It was a great solution for us in order for all employees to important updates.

Cons

There is not much I can say that we disliked about Trumpia. We only cancelled our account because we swapped to a new payroll provider that had the ability to send SMS updates to employees.

Tutorials are well done and easy to follow. Customer support staff is knowledgeable & professional. Transparency and ease of use of the site most certainly seems to be the highest priority of Trumpia.

Pros

Ease of contacting Support and the use of the site has been a pleasant experience. The team members I've spoken to have been congenial, knowledgeable, and professional.

Cons

I have not had any experience to date that would be considered as a "least liked". I have been given all the time needed to understand how to get set up with the messaging service and have never felt rushed through the conversation.

So Far So Great. On-boarding and setup are going smoothly. The team at Trumpia is both accessible and responsive. Everyone has be very positive.

Pros

Everyone from Trumpia has been on point from the sales rep, technical sales support to the on-boarding and support team. The team has been available and responsive in helping me get things customized and up and running. The New UI and workbench is very nice and somewhat intuitive.

Cons

Online Support resources could be improved (More Videos and adding a Technical On-Line Wiki).

Allowed me to reach people that get way too much email to read it all.

Pros

I like the versatility the most. There are plenty of text messaging solutions out there, but none that can do what Trumpia can do. Text with photos, images, video, audio, numbered mobile coupons with a private web-based redemption site that employees can access on their mobile phones to record discount programs. There's also a web-based customer loyalty program function that replaces paper cards entirely. Tons of options that marketing departments need, like surveys and trackable hyperlinks and automated variable messaging with additional list segmentation depending upon customer response. Has some features that educational and religious organizations would use, though I'm not in those markets. I really am hooked on the list segmentation and automation capabilities. This provides me with the ability to tailor my messages to subsets of the customer base. Set it, and forget- the software does the work. The best feature? That's easy: people actually read their text messages, unlike email, although Trumpia can do that too. It's a single platform that can do texts, email and social media. The USA-based customer support is first-rate and very personal. They've helped me many, many times. I'm not a techie, and support is very important to me. They have a video training library with dozens of short feature videos. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Cons

That I didn't discover it sooner. A bit of a learning curve for my limited tech capabilities on some of the more advanced features. The support team walked me through those, though.

Pros

The ability to send immediate alerts to our employees across the country. We heavily rely on this communication tool.

Cons

The occasional outages and inability to send alerts if that month's payment hasn't processed. We typically have more than enough credits to process an alert. It'd also be nice to be able to buy credits in bulk, as opposed to being obligated to the monthly charge.

I appreciate the technical expertise needed to create this product. It has many useful functions. It allows an organization to collect and communicate with a large number of customers.

Cons

It has many, many more functions than I need. I need a simple mass texting program to alert our small staff of emergencies. I really dislike that it is almost impossible to use quickly and from a mobile device.

Trumpia seems to be down extended periods each and every month. You will not get a refund if you buy credits and then are unable to use them befcause their system is down. Use one of the more reliable options out there.

Pros

Simple operation. Inexpensive SMS credit. Easy to sign-up.

Cons

Offline regularly. Poor, difficult to reach customer spport. No refunds when their system is down.
