Also, Convene allows us to easily generate meeting discussion summaries and meeting minutes which help us to follow up on what we discuss and reference them when implementing our agreements. It has great in-meeting polling and voting features which allows us to carry out our board voting exercises seamlessly and virtually during meetings instead of doing it manually. Cons I was among the team involved in bringing Convene to life and i the experience we had was very smooth. I can also see who has downloaded their papers. Pros There are some really good features such as review room which we now use instead of Sharepoint which was more difficult to use. Convene is intuitive and meeting packs can be created quickly without having to convert papers to pdfs as the system does it easily. We also have single sign-on so its easy to access.
