December 1, 2025 5.0 We used ClinCapture EDC to support a small first-in-human trial where short timelines were the highest priority for the sponsor. An experienced data manager completed system training and built and tested the eCRF and database build in three days. The build interface is intuitive and fast, system documentation is thorough, and support is responsive. System reporting and workflows enabled database lock with minimal hiccups. For the money, I have not seen a better value than ClinCapture. The staff has addressed any questions and provided solutions for study specific needs. I've worked with ClinCapture on several projects over the last 5 years. Each study has been unique and the system has been highly adaptable. Plus ClinCapture is always taking improving and taking customer suggestions and implementing new features in response. Pros What I like most about working with ClinCapture is the ease of use of the system and the customer support I received along the way during the database build. The staff is both extremely knowledgeable and accessible. Cons I really do not have any complaints about ClinCapture. Any issues have come with solutions and support from the team. Pros I’ve been using this EDC system for a while now, and it has completely transformed the way our trial layout and the support it needed to our users. The design is thoughtful and efficient, with enough compartments and attachment points to keep everything exactly where it needs to be. The build quality is exceptional—solid materials, sturdy stitching, and a layout that feels genuinely made for real-world daily use. November 24, 2025 5.0 It is overall very easy to use and set up; with the overall flow very similar to other major systems. Clinical sites have not had any issues becoming familiar and working with the system, even though they may not have used previously. Pros ClinCapture offers a lot of value for the money and is great for a smaller start-up. We are able to customize the data management build for our device trial and will be using the system again for additional clinical studies. Cons There were some issues with understanding the capabilities of the system and how it worked for our protocol, and they provided excellent customer support to work through our logistical challenges. Anytime I have a question or concern I am taken care of that day or within a day or two. They respond back to my emails on time and always help in any way they can. Pros They are very quick to help with any concerns and make sure we are taken care of. Very prompt and on time. Cons I would like to see the system be able to accommodate a few more of our needs. The customer service was exccellent. The personnel were knowlegable We will be using again for a new trial Pros They had excellent customer support. They were very accomodating, gooing the extra mile to help us when downloading the data. The software was very comprehensive and allowed us to easily manage our trial. Cons The sudden increase in cost. It was a shock to go from $9,000/year to $36,000/year. AS a small Biotech company this was difficult. Wish we had had some warning. Review Source Liran K. Pros \-very good subject matrix which allows the user to capture everything in one shot. -easy and intuitive platform -Building studies can be done independently and fast. -very responsive support -great training workshop -little to no downtime Cons The basic platform is great however if you require additional features such as ePRO it requires a separate set up fee and additional monthly fees . From there, customer support has helped us manage a study with numerous study sites and dozens of coordinators. Pros I appreciated the relatively small learning curve required to start building CRFs in the ClinCapture studio. Additionally, I appreciated the ability to start building CRFs while contracts were being discussed as this enabled me to familiarize myself with the system. Ultimately, this translated into confidence in the system, and enabled me to hit the ground running on our study. Cons There have been some bumps in the road in terms of bugs that you would expect from any EDC system; however, these challenges were offset by the rapid and thorough customer support. Cons I don't have any cons, if I had to pick I'd say there are a few different types of fields that aren't as intricate compared to other systems, but they are continuing to update and improve functionality.
