August 12, 2022 4.0 It has made easy to access my Bookmarks and Emails on any browser. It also deletes any sensitive information from my credit cards, emails and social security numbers. Pros It does not alter, create hidden or duplicate files on my hard drive. It does delete files that have been renamed because all tags are fully embedded in my documents. I can search everything I want, from comments to file name as well as file content. Cons I can't set rules beyond names and disk location. Other than that I highly recommend it. My big problem with this software is the economic offer, which is very high, and the visual, it can improve, it is still a good idea. Pros The conception to organize files and tasks seems great, in the market many seek to optimize clicks, I think they hit the nail on the head with this project. Cons I saw several things that can improve, 1- The price: it is very high for the interface they offer. 2- The interface: in these moments, the competition forces to that the proposals are very attractive reason why the graphical presentation is not very pleasant for all its users. It's excellent for better productivity. For now, this is far the BEST software! Pros It's very easy to tag and find files of a specific project (that was tagged). Excellent that we can use windows explorer to tag files. It's quite quick. Cons The UI could be better, so we can choose tags without the need to do Alt+C. I could be excellent to have a good search capability, even search text inside files and even reminders. That way we could use Tabbles only, instead of the so bad and useless windows explorer. It could be nice to have one document software for all. It could be beautiful to have an option to connect to our desktop from an Andriod phone and find tagged files that we need. The least thing that I like is the lack of a backup solution. I needed to create a script to backup the database and I think that this is a basic thing that need to be implemented. Other thing is that there is no office integration, so, after creating a file, you need to find it in Windows explorer and then tag it. Review Source Edward M. It helps to organise the files and folder easily and handle large amount of files without any interruptions. Simple user interface helps to navigate in the console. Tagging a file made easy on auto-tagging feature. we can get immdiate response on the forum. Free edition available for the personal use. Cons We don't face any issues but the pricing point of view, it's only available on yearly subscribtion rather than monthly. March 12, 2018 4.0 Tabbles is a lightweight and easy-to-use software that provides an innovative way to organize, manage, and quickly find your files and folders on the drive. It enables users to assign customizable tags to any file or folder on the drives, local network, or Cloud storage space. This helps organize them into categories, without having to copy them to multiple locations. It is easy to use for all types of users, the only difficulty possible is the set-up of SQL Server for Tabbles on LAN. Pros The UI is clean and looks like the Windows File Explorer, and gives you a clear overview of your drives and let's you browse through directories. Create your own new tags, with your preferred color and name. Tags can be dates, events, locations, names, or even projects. A single file can be assigned multiple tags too, for example a file can have a date tag along with event or project tag. You can access the files using both the tags or anyone of the two tags. Auto-tagging feature allows you to create a specific set of rules and conditions. Every file/folder that meets and satisfy those rules and conditions, is auto-tagged with that specific tag. But to make sure that auto-tagging is not tagging wrong files, it shows you a notification when it detects a file/folder to tag, and you can choose whether to add it or ignore it. Files can be tagged even without opening the tabbles window, thanks to the context-menu integration. You can right-click on the files and choose to tag them, or you can also locate them in the tabbles in order to find out what tags the files are tagged with. While viewing files in Windows Explorer, the tagged files can be easily found as they have a colored bubble icon. Even when you move files around different drive locations, you won't ever lose their tags. The application auto-updates its database after you move the files around. Cons The UI is very clean and easy-to-use, one thing I felt missing in it was the collapsed view of the folders in the Tab browser. I emailed them and had a copetent email conversation going within a few hours and the problem was solved within one day. These days, having a reply from a competent person has become very rare and is a big plus for me.Other than that, it is the only good tagging software I found which works with internet explorer and allows a hybrid approach. Pros It's one of the most innovative applications I've used so far on my networking environment. The ability to tag folders and files across my workstations and server is vital for our bussiness. October 5, 2018 5.0 On a multi-floor construction project files and plans can be scattered throughout many different areas and systems or networks. From submittals to construction drawings for blue beam, tagging my files makes finding them super easy and with nested tagging I can further breakdown these project into smaller pieces by specific floor and system. Pros The title says it all, with Tabbles the ability to find a needed file is no longer any problem. Tagging files is very simple and once done the files show up under your tag no matter where they reside on your system or network. We extended the activation for an extra day FOR HER ONLY, which she missed again, and not being satisfied with our support she went on a review frenzy, doing her best to throw mud on our product and organization on several review websites.
