### "Amazing suite for church management. "

Great response time to any issues. Regularly adding features that I will use.

Pros

Love the breadth of features that has allowed us to reduce costs and improve communication. Use it for membership management, payroll, accounting, web management, online donations, department management, expense reimbursement, and reporting.

Cons

Need to keep an eye out for duplicate person accounts, but easy to merge the data.

Amount of features at a great price and quick responses.

### "Connection Card Pro "

Excellent overall. The set up was easy the solution is very user friendly.

Pros

We have been most impressed by the staff. They are very responsive, helpful and eager to hear about our needs and suggestions. They have implemented several changes and improvements from our feedback.

Cons

I don't have many complaints, they have been able to fix, improve or add all features that we have had trouble with. If I had to pick something that is still sometimes a problem, the app sometimes crashes and you have to reopen it. The one thing that would make it a 100% complete system would be the music planning capabilities that Planning Center has with links to CCLI.

Blackbaud CDMS was sold and wasn't a good fit for us. We looked deeply into roughly 10 different systems and found Connection Card Pro to be the best one especially for the cost.

Thank you Lori for your feedback! We appreciate you taking the time to write this and appreciate your input! We absolutely would love to have a complete CCLI integration as well. Unfortunately, for over 8 years now, CCLI has shut their doors to any new integrations. We are continually hounding them for access to their API which other platforms were already using - as soon as they open this back up again, that'll be top priority on our list! :)

### "Lower Cost but Harder to Use"

We seldom use it because it's challenging to operate. While this platform offers extensive customization similar to an IBM PC, it's not as user-friendly as an Apple product.

Pros

Lower price and ways to customize if there are training material available.

Cons

More difficult to use and lack of customer support to use it effectively.

Lower Price for a small church is attractive.

Thank you for your review Long. I'm sorry to hear about these issues. I know that our team worked quite extensively with you over a year ago to resolve some issues. All of your support requests and emails were answered in less than 2 hours. Some issues that you pointed out to us we fixed immediately. And we have not heard from you since. We have offered to provide free training sessions over Zoom on a number of occasions, and we have tons of easily accessible training videos and help documents, on our website and on YouTube. We certainly appreciate your feedback. We take all customer feedback seriously and we work hard to make sure that our platform is as easy to use as possible.

Amazing. I highly recommend using it and working with them to find solutions to your needs.

Pros

Customer Service and Customization of platform to suit our needs and goals. Resolution to issues are timely and effective.

Cons

We're one of the first clients making requests for certain functions and so obviously we need to lead out to communicate the needs. It does not offer email communication and analytic services/features compared to other business where that is the primary offering

1\. Better Price Point 2. Ability to make customized requests. 3. Supporting a Canadian business 4. Supporting a business that gives attention to religious institutions and churches.

### "Amazing ticket platform "

Connection Card was a great platform to use for selling tickets to our shows. The way you can customize everything to make it work for you is amazing and the seating chat is VERY easy to setup and use!

Pros

I love how easy it is to use both as an administrator as well as for the people purchasing tickets for our shows.

Cons

I can’t really think of anything I didn’t like. Maybe just a few glitches here and there but they were always resolved VERY quickly!

### "My Number One Recommendation for Church Management Software"

Pros

I've used about a dozen different church management software over the past decade. Not only is Connection Card one of the more affordable options, it's also the best user experience. That is compounded by the fact that the team behind it are quick to make adjustments to meet the needs of our ministry. Seriously--what other software lets you put items on the development pipeline and actually sees it through that quickly?

Cons

Honestly, anything that we struggled with was quickly adjusted and dealt with by the developers. Literally anything.

Still trying to find a good outside facing calendar .. hopefully it’s in development

Our church has used Connection Card for a few years and it is a great tool. We're a small church with a small budget, but this service has so many useful features and is one of the few that we found which actually fits in our budget. Really love the options to choose how the check-in and attendance tracking works.

Pros

The attendance tracking, the plastic card check-in option, report generation. Always improving. Easy to use.

Cons

Occasionally there are a few bugs, but they're fixed pretty quickly once we contact customer support about them.

Pros

The ability to be in touch with customer service and have them help with any questions quickly has been amazing.

Cons

We have some unique needs that don't fit well with almost every person management software out there...so having to work within the limitations is something we have to do no matter the program. The customer service that helps us adapt the software to our needs has mitigated this greatly.

While I'm still relatively new to this particular software, I've been a Pastor of a large church and another church plant before and I have to say that this is by far the best for the price and the ease of use and setup. So far I have really enjoyed this and can't wait to implement it to the entire church!

Pros

It's the ease of use that gets me as what I like most. It is extremely easy to navigate and add people either individually or as a group from a CSV file. So far I have loved how easy this is to use.

Cons

There have been only a couple of small changes that need to be made in profiles and editing, but I've already heard back immediately from customer support and they were great!
