We where look for some non standard monitoring options. And Supermonitoring offered us to develop it for very affordable price. Finnaly we included Supermonitoring into our SLA package offered to our clients. Super Monitoring is one of the few vendors that seems to respond really quickly when you ask them for something. They have been really flexible and I like the service and support enough that I have just been renewing. I usually look for better priced alternatives to all our software as expiration comes up but not with these guys. Thanks! Pros It works well, easy to use, and has a good feature set w/competitive pricing. Cons Some features locked out unless you buy a higher tier plan even if you don't need the extra number of websites. Back in 2014-2016 I've been using it to monitor my ecommerce store. Right now, I am no longer in this business. I use it to monitor my personal travel blog instead. Super Monitoring works perfect, I got notified by email and SMS every time my website is down for some reason. Cons Nothing, really. I think the price is fair and the software never let me know. We've chosen super monitoring for its easy of use and a wide range of functionality. It's not only very easy to get it up and running, but it has also more features than other software of a kind. You can monitor not only if your website is available, but also if your forms are working fine. Cons I think that I miss most is public status page. Can save you money & trouble. Pros Efficiently detecting problems, very little or no false alarms. Very useful data for root cause analysis (http headers, html source, screenshots, har files, etc.) Cons Great at monitoring websites & web applications, but only some basic features regarding monitoring servers. It already helped us detecting an outage thanks to which we could fix the issue immediately. Pros SuperMonitoring is a very solid platform that helps us monitor our websites and APIs. The frequency of checks and immediate notifications let us know first about any outage. I like the fact that besides the email notifications we can also get phone/SMS alerts. Another great feature is SSL certificates monitoring. Cons There is nothing that is missing. We are fully satisfied with the service, its features, and support. Reason for choosing Super Monitoring We've been using a free alternative that has not detected the issue when it happened.
