### "The slowest note taking software I have ever used."

September 14, 2026

3.0

I've been a customer for almost ten years. They convinced me to switch from desktop to 360 and it was a bad move. 360 is not ready at all. We have two offices and use insurance. It is not built for this. Insurance claims do not sync primary and secondary insurance. So if you have hundreds of claims it wont send the secondary automatically. That means you have to dig through hundreds of claims and send it manually. Tax rates have to be manually set everyday. They still do not have our second credit card machine working, that was 6 months ago. They offered us discounts to switch but they were never automatically given and we had to call every month just to make sure they were applied. Follow up is really bad and they will blame our office if something isn't done, but you can always see where they dropped the ball. In one note with an exam you will click about 100 times......this is one of the worst parts. When a doc starts a note there is no way for the doc to know what insurance that patient is using other than the front desk making a note on every single visit. The visit does not link to a location or insurance. So if the doctor has to document slightly different because of Medicare or whatever they don't know what insurance the patient is using without going back to the scheduler and seeing if the front desk noted what insurane to use for that visit. When the doc gets to the fee slip he has to go looking to find what insurance to send to rather than it being linked at sign in. The subjective parts are not clearable. So if you recreate a note and have to change the subjective complaint you have to go in and unclick from the last time and then click again to fill it back in....another possible 20-40 clicks. This goes for exams as well....can't just clear a section...have to click to undo and then click to fill back in, it takes forever. They just made a new patient subjective intake form and it is beautiful. If they made their whole note section like this intake the notes would be awesome, but its not in the plan and you can't use it for the subjective. They are going to use the patient subjective and have the doctor subjective which is extrememly odd as the doc will have to make sure they match in each note. Fee slips are separate which would be good if you could see information from the note like what areas were adjusted. So if you forget by the time you've click 100 times in the note and are now on the fee slip you have to do 10 more clicks just to see the note again. Information does not recreate to the fee slip if people are seen in different clinics. Locations have to be manually changed on the fee slip everytime. The fee slips always recreate to the first listed insurance so you have to make sure the fee slip is sent to the right insurance/cash every single visit. Therapy codes are automatically set to show 15 mintues on the fee slip for some reason even though this should be denoted with the units 1,2,3,4. So if you only do a therapy for 8 minutes or say 25 minutes. The code will always say 15 minutes on the fee slip and this has to be manually changed every single time so it matches the note. There is no reason this has to be on the code when 1,2,3,4 could be used. Intake forms are not linked to the subjective so the doc has to manually fill in the subjective on every new patient. On exams in the note every section is open. ie....shoulder, knee, etc. So if on that visit you don't use that section you have to manually click to close it. The ledger is poor in the program, better than the first version, but still poor. Hard to read. You can send broadcast emails, but no reports on whether people actually open and see them. They are big on statements being sent by text and email, but so far people have not responded well at all to this being the primary statement sender, this probably varies by region and demographic. Their reports on patient visits are not accurate. I have stayed away because each time ive tried to use them I've found errors. I haven't looked into the reports on collections to see if they are accurate. This software could be really good, but it is not there yet. If you're straight cash this software will be fine, if you're a busy insurance office you will be frustrated and slow.

Pros

I like that everything is in one system, but the system is cumbersome. Hopefully they can make things better.

Cons

Notes take forever. 100 clicks on exams and more if you have to unclick areas and refill back in because you can't clear sections. Have to dig through hundreds of insurance claims to send secondaries. The list is big, but mostly notes are incredibly slow. It takes an hour to do 20 notes if there are any new patients or exams. I think one of the most frustrating parts is I've tried relaying all of the issues with the software many times, but it doesn't seem to be changing anything.

### "Great Software!"

March 31, 2026

5.0

Pros

The software is very straightforward and easy to use. Everything is laid out nicely and makes sense. Chirospring helps to make our life better on a daily basis!

Cons

I have had nothing but a great experience with Chirospring. I do not have any cons from the software and very much appreciate the support we get if we ever need help with anything.

### "ChiroSpring, the EMR fit for my practice. I highly recommend checking it out!"

March 12, 2026

5.0

Overall, I like ChiroSpring, its flexibility and support are great. No program is perfect, but I find ChiroSpring is the most user friendly and easiest to navigate for my practice.

Pros

I have been using ChiroSpring for several years. It is a good value for the price when comparing it to other programs I have used. Doing notes are easy, as well as scheduling and Billing (very important). Every software does have the capability to create macros, ChiroSpring makes it straight forward and easy to do. I'd say where ChiroSpring stands out, to me, is their customer support. They never fail to reply to my concerns or problems within an hour to 1 business day. There's also a lot of videos to help explain and trouble shoot problems.

Cons

hmmm. The one thing I wish they would change is: if you change key items, it will affect past notes. I feel that any changes should only affect notes going forward.

### "Chirospring 360 NOT FOR OUR OFFICE"

November 11, 2025

2.0

Chirospring Desktop has been, overall, good to use as a practice mngt system. customer service can be slow and it bogs down and kicks you out frequently!!! But Chirospring 360 was an overall horrid experience!

Pros

For Chirospring 360 specifically... I liked the idea of everything being in one software... such as patient texting, forms, electronic billing and patient statements could all be included for one price.

Cons

Chirospring 360 seems to have tried to go to far too soon... once we were actually using it, it was way too many steps to do the simplest of things. Providers hated the notes... there were too many options and trying to create or customize your own was very time consuming. Also, in order to have copays, co-insurances and deductible info pull for check out the providers note has to be started and "attached to the fee slip" and even after doing that it did still did not pull correctly or at all... SO MANY STEPS! Maybe if an office did not take payments at the front desk or if they are a CASH ONLY practice this would work for them but every person in our office hated it! And we did all the trainings and watched tons of videos... maybe in 5 years when they have the bugs worked out! Not today!

### "So happy with this software "

April 8, 2019

5.0

We are a small low volume office, with very limited staff. Chiro spring frees up more of my time for the things that matter- patient care. Easy chart notes and the use of the spinal chart for listing also gives me an opportunity to educate patients as I make my notes. I love this software.

Pros

It makes our daily soap notes quick and easy to complete at each visit. We love being able to complete our note, check out patients, and provide an itemized statement in minutes. Patient intake charting now takes a fraction of the time we used to spend with our old software.

Cons

Sometimes the patient self check in feature does not work on our older iPad and we would love to be able to have patients complete the intake from home without paying extra for the email service.

### "I've tried them all, this is the BEST!"

October 9, 2025

5.0

CHIROSPRING is a good all in one service with fairly easy to use features. There is a lot to learn but once comfortable with the system, it is a big-time saver. We are now a completely paperless office, and I highly recommend.

Pros

We love the patient portal and patients being able to schedule their own appointments, access records and send messages.

Cons

It is impossible to reach anyone by phone. Emails are responded to promptly. However, there are occasions when what takes several back and forths could be handled in one phone call.

### "Happy to have found a good one. "

October 7, 2025

5.0

Pros

I like how integrated everything is. Their customer support is really awesome and my biller has been very impressed with the billing ease. I have enjoyed the ability to text with patients and the online scheduling has been game changing! I know other systems have these options (and probably for less money), but I came from a terrible EHR system, so I have been so pleased.

Cons

Sometimes the way the system applies a payment is very weird. If for example, a patient has a$30 copay, occasionally when looking back at the claim history or pay history, the payment will be in two separate payments equaling $30, but it makes fixing an error difficult.

### "ChiroSpring 360 "

Pros

Since implementing the ChiroSpring 360 EHR System in our practice, the transformation has been nothing short of phenomenal. This system has streamlined every aspect of our operations, from scheduling and billing to documentation and patient engagement. It’s intuitive, powerful, and incredibly responsive to the real-world needs of a busy chiropractic clinic. What stands out the most is how user-friendly and customizable the platform is. Our entire team, from front desk to providers, adapted quickly and now works more efficiently than ever. The integration of SOAP notes, patient intake, and billing into one seamless system has significantly reduced administrative time and increased productivity. Support from the ChiroSpring team has also been top-notch, with quick responses, helpful training, and a genuine interest in our success. ### "Best Software for Insurance"

October 7, 2025

5.0

We have had ChiroSpring since we started our practice in 2018. We have enjoyed the journey of all the software changes they have gone through.

Pros

How efficient the SOAP notes are. Reduced the time having to spend doing notes but also staying compliant with insurances. Also, love the auto posting for billing.

Cons

The payment history needs to be cleaned up. It makes it hard see when a patient actually made a payment and what the payment was.

### "Best Chiro EHR"

October 7, 2025

5.0

We have been very happy with ChiroSpring. The support is fantastic and quick to respond. They are always releasing new features which are exciting to follow. We always recommend it to our colleagues.

Pros

We love the ability to have all our business needs in one location. The EHR is customizable to make it fit your practice needs. Billing is directly integrated. We love being able to utilize texting and email services in the same platform!

Cons

The scheduling system pushes appointments to the right rather than stacking them so it can make it difficult to look at the scheduler view.

### "CHIROSPRING for life. "

October 7, 2025

5.0

I’ve been a user since 2017 and would never switch to any other platform. I was a Chirotouch user for 5 years previous to this and CHIROSPRING blows away the competition in my opinion. By far the most user friendly.

Pros

The ability to request features adds and the excellent customer service. Over the years I’ve asked for many features to be added and they always accommodate.

Cons

Desktop version doesn’t work with Mac but that’s changed with the 360 version. I will be switching to that version eventually.

Pros

### "ChiroSpring Has Changed How I Do Chiropractic!!!"

June 4, 2021

5.0

I am thoroughly pleased with the software. I'm even more impressed by the level of customer service and transparency of the staff. They find a way to keep us doctors in the know when problems do arise and are super quick when it comes to remedying the issue. I literally made a request or expressed a concern and the matter was fixed in just a few days. It doesn't get much better than that!

Pros

The software is amazingly "smart." There is a continuity that exists throughout this software that makes it very easy to use in "real time." I love how all of its parts communicate with one another. Extremely efficient!

Cons

I was thoroughly impressed with this software from day one. Any issues I may have had then (which I don't remember) would have been short lived. The updates and IMPROVEMENTS are pretty frequent. It's like they improve the software with features we didn't even realize we needed until they're added. I literally don't have any thing negative to say.

### "Great for a small business that wants a larger package for an affordable price"

February 5, 2020

5.0

It has been a great experience for practice management and EHR for my chiropractic office. I do multiple modalities and it's nice that it fits all that I do and I can be as efficient as possible while also being comphrensive in my details!

Pros

There is so much flexibility to this software. It is webbased so you can bring it with you, it has both macros or ablility to type, and you can do pretty much anything you need for not only typical EHR, but also for practice management. Very happy overall.

Cons

They are continuing to advance and build the software. While this is nice as now you can have other convieniences like credit card processing and self check ins, it also means having to update the software occasionally or having an occasional bug in an updated version that creates a slow flow here and there. This is something I've also experienced with the larger software companies like chirotouch or platinum, but CS has great support to walk you through it.

### "Feature Change Request"

December 26, 2019

5.0

Experience has been great! Support has been very useful and helpful!

Pros

Just going off of the feature change request it was easy to end over, I received a response right away! I was able to clear up any questions immediately and within a day I received notice that our request will be implemented! Very exciting!!

Cons

The only thing I can think of is the feature request we made. Being able to print the schedule from the schedule app and the doctor being able to see the patients next appointment from the plan portion of the SOAP notes, since that is the last screen she is in.

### "ChiroSpring Experience"

October 14, 2024

5.0

ChiroSpring is a powerful EHR and has great customer service both by email and by phone.

Pros

ChiroSpring has an exceptional ability to build custom templates. Of all the EHR's I demoed, ChiroSpring had the largest selection of template convenience items including buttons, drop downs, radio buttons and cascading check boxes.

Cons

All SOAP notes and their contents are dittoed from the last note of that type created. That feature cannot be turned off, so be sure the ditto feature works with your workflow.

### "Great system for employees"

October 7, 2025

5.0

Very easy and smooth experience, easy to learn and get the hang of. it just makes sense and makes my job easy.

Pros

The system's sophisticated, modern design is a major plus, featuring a minimalist layout and clear visual hierarchy that make it extremely intuitive. This user-friendly approach ensures that the system is easy to navigate for employees of all ages, reducing the learning curve and allowing staff to find information and complete tasks quickly and efficiently.

Cons

There are rare instances when the platform seems to be under a heavy load, causing it to run a little slow and take a while to fully refresh a screen or complete a process. It's important to note, though, that this minor performance lag is quite rare. The true strength of the system is its robust reliability, as we almost never experience a total system outage or downtime, making it a highly dependable tool for daily operations.

### "Best Chiropractic Software in 17 Years "

July 17, 2020

5.0

My overall experience is very positive. The office procedures are more efficient, organized and the bottom line has increased due to better, timely billing practices.

Pros

Easy to learn and use Modern Interface Seriously Customizable Affordable Great speed Set-it-and-forget it Appointment Reminders Online Kiosk for New Patient Registration X-ray Module provide for excellent line drawing for excellent ROF Credit Card module is excellent to manage case fees, recurrent payments Excellent SOAP notes - customizable from simple, basic notes to really complex narrative-like reports Tons of reports for practice stats Great fool-proof features - triggers for care plan recommendation, Diagnosis updates etc before signing "Unfinished" Soap notes feature - excellent Great for Multiple Providers- My wife and I are both Chiros and its cool to visually see our schedule/calendar patient names at a glance in different colors on the same screen during our morning huddles. Easy to train staff and assign them individual log-in PIN so you can track their activities inside the software when/if you need to know. Great customer service and Online help!

Cons

Task assignment feature is good but may need to have both an "assigner" and "assignee" optional feature pop-up or chime feature for new task requests or overdue task...The visual "dot' is limited. X-ray module is good but we need some comparative reference for normal- either adding more line/curve drawing feature that can represent what normal should be or side by side markup image of what normal is - that would help patients to understand their problems Appointment reminders are excellent but I wish there was also a way to text or email an individual patient and/or group patients - such as birthday wishes, office closure , MIA campaigns etc w/o having to export it into another program that is not INTEGRATED with Chirospring. I think most offices would benefit from this.

### "Quality product & Even better support!"

May 17, 2017

5.0

We have absolutely loved working with Chirospring. It is incredibly easy to use, yet versatile enough for our office which uses techniques not compatible with other EHR systems. We also love that you can run the software on your hardware of choice (ie Mac or PC). It has made it incredibly nice since we use both operating systems within our office. Although the software is great, the support is second to none. The support team is well trained and are able to get you an answer within minutes if they don't know something. After having frustrating experiences with phone support teams in the past with other companies, I am grateful to be able to have confidence in a team that makes sure you get the help you need when you need it. One more thing... I was thrilled last week when I got into a situation that the support staff couldn't solve and instead of pushing me around to another staff member, they got me in touch with the lead programmer to work out my issue. They go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure you get what you need. If you're contemplating between Chirospring and another EHR, rest assured that this is a great fit for any chiropractic office.

Pros

\- Intuitive to use - Cloud based - Versatile to meet personal practice specifications - Constantly adding features to make product even better

Cons

\- Software updates: This is a two edge sword. Although I love that Chirospring is constantly adding things to make their product better, they have to put out updates to do so. This can lead to alot of updates over a short time period. Although this can be annoying, I'd much rather have a software team that is trying to make the product better than sitting back and only managing software that has already been developed.

### "ChiroSpring Is Amazing EHR and Billing Software"

October 6, 2020

5.0

My overall experience with ChiroSpring was exceptional. The support staff was great! There was a learning curve in the beginning as there is with any new software. The support staff got me functional within the first day and with a little bit of time, I had a great flow with all aspects of the software. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] was exceptional with listening to my request and helping me as well. That seemed unusual for an \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\]. I felt he took a personal interest in my ability to succeed with ChiroSpring.

Pros

I liked the ease of exporting claims and reconciling. The appearance of the Front Desk page allowed me to visually keep track of patients coming in, checking patients in, scheduling appointments and ease of checking the patients out. The SOAP notes are easy to work with and seeing a visual of the numerical rating scale for pain of the accumulated appointments was a plus. I am a single doctor/staff office. I did all aspects of patient care, billing and collections. Without ChiroSpring, I wouldn't have had as easy of a flow to run those aspects of my business.

Cons

There were no cons for me. At times I had some stumbling with learning the software, but the support staff was helpful by phone or email.

### "6 month review of ChiroSpring"

August 29, 2018

5.0

Overall experience is fantastic!! They are making a couple of improvements that are in the works. One of which is the capability to put a clinic's letterhead on the note. It is in the works though!!

Pros

Pros: It is easy to use. This is cloud based and touch screen. It is very affordable and much less costly than the other touch screen EHR out there. In my opinion, this is the best touchscreen EMR/EHR out there. It comes with macros, but custom macros are easy to create to suit whatever practice style you have. Their customer service is fantastic! I cannot stress this enough. I emailed them on Sunday and got a personalized response back answering my question. I have made a few recommendations to add a feature to the EMR and they actually did it. They thought it was a good idea and they made it happen. It was so that you can share your Macros with other docs using the system. How cool is that!! They are continually improving the software and adding features. I look forward to their updates. We have tried other EMRs and this is by far the best.

Cons

When the need arises to print a note, the notes are long. You can change this in print settings though, but they still print a little long.

### "Chirospring review"

March 4, 2019

5.0

So far we have been in business for 2 years at our office which is a staff of two with moderate volume. We have been able to get notes done and bill on our own and it has been a smooth experience. We noticed this saves us in the overhead department big-time so we can perform billing, monitor monthly stats, etc. We have become exceedingly efficient in what we are doing.

Pros

This software has everything you need and certainly more. You can get as specific and as customized as you want. Customchirosolutions compatible, so you can have super compliant notes in a matter of minutes for maximum efficiency. If there is a snag in the software you rarely notice and the service team always responds to your emails ASAP.

Cons

The biggest thing that holds up the office is when there is an update but you will have it up LIGHTYEARS before chirotouches server glitches and slow updates. At least you don't have to hire a tech to fix the server and they have built in protocols to prevent you from taking notes throughout the day. Cloud based is the way to go.
