ease of use for adminstration and office personal

Cons

we can not see invoices without clicking on them which waste time, when searching for a invoice need a feature to put cursor over invoice and see tech notes...also with multiple work orders we can not make a new invoice and assign it to original tech. each work order has to be on its own invoice so when we break the techs notes down to do a invoice it has to go to a POL and not to the tech so they do not get credit for the call

The pros are there are easy access training videos to guide you through the use of the software. There is also live assistance if you need help setting up you company and making corrections without extra costs. Also the software is improving very rapadily and we the users have input on the upcomming upgrades. a lot of the cons are being address in this latest update coming out on the 25th of May, so I would have to get familiar with it before I comment on the cons.

Been using it for about 8 years. \[sensitive content hidden\] has been my point of contact and she is absolutely wonderful on her knowledge with the P3 product as well as getting it integrated with QBooks online

Pros

The ease of use and the fact they are always asking for product improvement suggestions and actually follow through with getting the added into the software

Cons

No phone integration and this is critical for marketing and tracking purposes

Some features are still not working correctly. Would like to see more customizing for invoices and diagnostics.

We would love an option, besides Global Payments, for payment devices for our technicians to take payments while in the field.

Less time doing paperwork and being able to track past work on Jobs Helps

It intergrated with quick books and is flat rate

Cons

Everytime a customer pays by CC online, the bill is marked paid. Then my bank downloads the actual deposit and it doubles the amont paid in Quickbooks. It has my Accountant pissed off as it has inflated all my accounts especially my checking account. My Accountant is coming out to set up my system the right way. The way mine was set up by P-3 has wreaked havoc on my books.

Alternatives but 2 were too expensive.

P3 is a small business like me that understands and listens to what HVAC companies need to work smoothly with there invoicing/pricing software. They are always trying to improve there products and services which makes for a great company to deal with.

Pros

Very professional software that is easy to use and designed to make you money and save time, helps keep your invoices and customer database organized. Easy to customize to my specific needs and pricing.

Cons

Sometimes it gets buggy and freezes up but that's rare/expected with apps and usually works fine after a reboot.

Customize pricing, descriptions, sales materials, quoting, and more.... Install how tos for technicians and cross Renascence data sheets. auto invoicing and service check list and dispatching. Make it your own the way you run your company and easy to do. Support is great and always listing to there clients and adding more features to the system. You also can view all the customers history will out in the field.

Cons

Running reports dont quite all work properly and are not customize-able. Dosent work as well with android tablets ....use ipad

Pros

I am just getting started with the program but I can already tell it is going to make things run so much smoother. Just the proposal module alone is going to save me countless hours. Today I completed the training for it and I was able to create a proposal in 2 or 3 minutes and it looked sharp. I wish I would have found the software 8 years ago when I was starting my business.

Cons

I found P3 to be easy to use but there is a lot to it. There are so many modules that it took a serious time commitment to learn everything. If you are really busy make sure you are able to set aside a few hours each week for the training sessions.

I have nothing but good things to say about P-3, since I have been using it since the beginnings and been able to monitor the progress and improvements over the years. Hope the improvements continues towards a more easy and synchronized system to make the sales a much easier step.

The synchronization issues from technician to main portal The lack of options to offer customers in the ESM more accesories

The ease of use and the short learning curve involved, the great propasel options that you could create all with pictures.

Cons

There is no automation for reviews there is no automation when a job is created for tech, there are no push notifications, I think there should be more automation in this software that has such great features

At the time it offered what I need most at the time and that was a good, better, and best proposal and a flat rate price book, which was important in getting me started out the door and which is still important, but looking at more of an automation platform.
