I also tried other solutions such as Smile.io and Yotpo rewards for different projects and always ended up switching to Zinrelo. Zinrelo has the best customer service and technical support, always available and extremely helpful. They're helping us (without counting their hours) for a migration to Magento we're currently working on for our B2B website, and on many other B2C projects such as the refer a friend program. Working with them feels like working with our own team really. Our success is also theirs, and you can tell. I highly recommend them. September 30, 2019 5.0 The Overall experience is impressive , specially dealing with the sales team and the technical support , they are prompt , prompt and friendly and have hands on their program. Pros Zinrelo has helped me to create this perfect bond and make our customers enhousiaste to place their orders. our customers database was grwoing and needed a customizable program to help keep our customers well rewarded and appreciated . Cons some of the features need a deep customization , but that is the part of the paid service , you get what you pay for , however i find the basic features are more than enough , but you shoudl consider doing these customization in the future specially for online stores to make the software looks better on the website. we are considering this in the future. Reason for choosing TrueLoyal it looked like Zinrelo has more features than Facebook share rewards. Switched from [Shift4Shop](https://www.capterra.com/p/14378/3dcart-Shopping-Cart-Software/) the 3dcart program is very basic and force customer to wait a year or 2 to get a loyality reward , the way you have toi accumulate the points was very slow , if a customer place small orders less often , he might not be able to get rewards at all . We'd recommend this product to others, and it works well with Shopify. Pros It was pretty easy to set up. It was easy talking with their sales team, and implementation team. We wanted to launch our program at the earliest, and they followed a very structured process to help us do that. We are planning to set up a program for our B2B customers as well. Without them, we more than likely wouldn't have as many clients as we do already. Pros Zinrelo is a company that makes rewarding loyalty efficient as well as easy. Through their countless features, our company has benefited highly. What's really worth highlighting is their customer service. Someone from Zinrelo always responds in a very timely manner to address any needs that we have. I especially like the points system. It's very easy to rework and customize different parts of it, so the program and earning points can be as efficient as possible for our clients. Cons Zinrelo can be a little costly to use. Possibly offer discounted plans in the near future or ways to earn some sort of credit. It's a bit of a spend, but once you realize the value of having an amazing mobile app to moderate feeds anywhere, as well as each and every attendee at events where we use it thinking it's magic . . . you can't loose. Our customers have responded well to the addition of our loyalty program and they have been using it frequently. Pros This is a very well thought out Loyalty Program. It is very feature rich and contains robust user, program and reporting dashboards that are intuitive to use. The setup requires walkthrough which Zinrelo provides and is very good. This is a good company with a helpful staff. Cons For 95% of our users Zinrelo works as advertised. But for the other 5% the experience is not as smooth and has required manual management to meet their expectations. To Zinrelo's credit they are always responsive to issues our users experience and I'm hopeful that the issues will be resolved. We are really excited to work to grow our loyalty program, and start leveraging all of the features that it has to offer. Pros We are really quite happy with our Zinrelo Loyalty program, and we are particularly happy with how the Zinrelo team reaches out to us to suggest new features that we could be using, to drive more traffic to the website. Cons While the platform itself is easy to use, we did have some difficulty with integration, and getting all of the web orders to track. We were eventually able to resolve that issue though. Currently, it is only tracking orders for web purchases. In order to track in store purchases, we would need to have an API integration built into the backend of our system, which will be an additional cost. It is something that we would like to do, however, because it will really make the Zinrelo program work seamlessly. Reason for choosing TrueLoyal While we liked both programs, Zinrelo was going to be much easier to integrate with our Netsuite based Websites. Review Source MC Monica C.
