July 2, 2021 5.0 We started using the free version and since we are a digital marketing agency started to use it on our own clients first, guess what, we loved it so much that we became partners to offer it to our clients too! Pros We love the software, we were using another alternative which was way cheaper - in functionality, but not in price. Custom fields were a must and we got them, plus the automation features are incredible! Cons We had some small issues while connecting the domain but they just don't amount to much, plus the support team solved them in less than 3 minutes, so no concerns! When the client contact via one of the bots, it can manage all the work, from CRM to sending mail with precostumase templates. The platform helps to answer standart quetions, and helping me with my marketing and sales working. The valeue of paing is good, and they have queck customer support. Cons That I didin't find one paing for all the product you have. The tool is fairly easy to navigate and customer service agents are quick to respond and handle any issues I have. Pros I like being able to customise email templates with ease, so that I can reuse them subsequently. The options and drag-and-drop features make my work efficient. Cons I don't like the restrictions in some aspects of the email creation interface. Like not being able to put in the customer's name or an emoji in the preheader section of the email, only in the subject line. Also, the words for the preheader when resending the email to subscribers who didn't open the initial email cannot be edited. Pros Its user friendly and it makes the daily operations for the business so much pleasant. Great value for money and the automation of the email templates and whatsapp notification really do make my business more professional. Cons I would like to see change is the Chat Bots section, under Messenger Chatbots - the subscribers is only 500. It would be great if I received a notification, when I am heading towards the max number, so that I can get chance to delete some old chats. As I dont need to upgrade my plan either, as alot of those chats, I dont need to keep. Another great feature that I would love to see, is been able to edit in the Chatbots after I have pushed send. The only product I've found that fits my needs to send API programmatically driven email campaigns. I've only had to contact support twice during deployment and both times they were extremely helpful and responsive to solve my edge case queries, and I am still on the free tier! Pros I was looking for a low cost provider to set up API based email campaigns at a low cost. After trialing numerous providers including more established companies, Sendpulse was the most suitable for my needs with the most features and came with the lowest cost. Cons Some of the API and user documentation could be improved, but I have found their customer support easily fills the gap if there is any. More examples in the documentation for common use cases like using API to send emails from contact lists would be super helpful. It’s an all-in-one platform for managing emails, SMS, and chatbots. Thanks to its automation, I managed to save a lot of time and optimize my marketing efforts. Definitely worth trying. Pros Creating email campaigns with SendPulse is smooth. The automation saves me hours, and the multi-channel feature (email, SMS, chatbot) makes marketing much easier to handle from one platform. I highly recommend SendPulse to everyone; especially because you have the free options to play with before being a paid customer. Pros I generally use SendPulse for email marketing campaigns and I like how I can send basically unlimited emails on any paid plan. I don't send a lot of emails but its one less thing to worry about while using SendPulse. The plans aren't expensive either - just around the market price. Although, I haven't launched it yet - I am working with the course builder and it also seems great so far. The Web Push Notifications are handy for me as I have collected a fair amount of subscribers. Cons I noticed 'sometimes' the emails I send go to trash even though I have verified domain using DNS or something. Except that, I do not recall of any thing that I don't like about SendPulse. Worst customer service in the industry" December 7, 2021 1.0 I've been working with email marketing platforms for over 15 years and by far, SendPulse is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. For almost 2 weeks I have been trying to solve a problem that is preventing me from sending emails and they are not making the slightest effort to understand and solve it. The service is grumpy and extremely slow, totally below the level of competitors I've used before. I bitterly regret having chosen this company and I just haven't changed it yet because the automations were too much work to set up.
