I use it to celebrate those who go above and beyond their role and responsibilities. The interface is incredibly easy to use; there is no learning curve. Coworkers absolutely love it; it enables them to be recognized and to recognize others for their contributions. Pros Recognizing and appreciating team members stays top of mind thanks to Recognize. People need to receive and shout out a lot more and lift each other up. It’s absolutely crucial honestly! Cons There’s nothing I can think of that I dislike at all! But there’s nothing more meaningful than a thank you; an appreciation, or shout to someone directly face to face.
