This did not quite fit the bill as a lot of it was still being developed. Not sure how it is now after a couple of years. Pros Good for quality management. Has many quality related modules that we like. The fact that it is web based/SaaS is good. Works with Mac or Android. Did a trial and the storage was based on pay per use and was tied to AWS. Can build forms and has a decent form builder. Cons At the time of evaluation, there were quite a number of items that were still being developed. It’s rare to find someone who blends technical clarity with real empathy for the field. He made the process smoother than expected and gave me confidence in the team behind the product. You can track in real-time if the employees records their production activities. All the events of a specific batch number can be search in one click. Very easy to build a complete batch record. Pros \-User friendly in production -Traceability is effective -Training management is automated -SOP Version control/change control is easy to use -Complaints, change control, non-conformance, OOS and deviations are already built in Cons \-PDF reports are unattractive and hard to read. -The person in charge of the implementation must be very comfortable with computers. Some features to be programmed required multistep. For example, training on an SOP required to create 4 different forms (Test builder, training program, document, training activity). Should be a linear process provide by the software. August 9, 2017 5.0 We were able to quickly get up and running, consolidate a great number of disjointed business processes and get real-time data and excellent reports. The software automation of tasks is also of great benefit. Pros The team at Isolocity are very supportive during the learning process and really spend the time to be sure that we transitioned effectively. The software is intuitive, well designed and captures everything we need without a huge learning curve and a long startup process. The Isolocity team has also made adaptations based on our feedback from usage of the product showing dedication to working with their customers to continuously improve. The fact that data is so readily accessible in dashboard format for all of our products and processes makes our decision-making process in quality management solid and efficient. CEO Pharmaceuticals Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Not Just Compliance, True Optimization" February 24, 2017 5.0 We went into this program with intentions to meet our industry's compliance standards, but ISOlocity has already re-defined our business. Even modest savings/loss-prevention projections indicate that the software and subscription fees are paying for themselves right out of the gate. Our employees love the interface, the accountability and above all else, the ability to snap photographs of "Corrective Action" processes. Even though we're just getting started, our executive team has already noted an increase in employee confidence. This software takes a lot (if not all) of the guess-work out of ISO processes and compliance. Customer support representative told us from day one, "you get out of it what you put into it" and that's exactly what we're experiencing. Even at a surface level, our processes have seemingly optimized themselves, but as we feed the program more data and add layers to our processes we see more refined metrics by the day and that's invaluable when it comes to business strategy. This is the 6th eQMS I have used, and the 3rd time I have been part of the implementation of the eQMS. \[sensitive content hidden\] has really been a vital asset to us for our implementation. I honestly don't think we could have done it without her. She was even so patient with us that she went through our PQ and suggested corrections and additions. That is just not the kind of service you get from a lot of eQMS providers. I give the Isolocity platform a 8.5 out of 10 and I give \[sensitive content hidden\] a solid 10 out of 10! She is attentive and very patient with us which is very much appreciated. Cons I don't like the setup for document owners. I am used to having only one document owner. I don't like that someone has to be added as a document owner in order to make changes to the document. I am also noticing that Employee level users can't see things that I have assigned to them. It would be incredibly helpful if there were a more streamlined way to transfer all of our information ideally something that reduces the need to manually fill out the mass-uploading sheet. Pros The implementation: - having a weekly meeting and always an availability to chat with \[sensitive content hidden\]has been awesome for us and very valuable. It allows us to move faster and find answers to our questions promptly. - Some weeks we needed to meet on a call more often than weekly and \[sensitive content hidden\] made sure to accomodate us to make it work. The software: - We are only 4 people using it for now but we liked the experience overall (aside from what I wrote under "cons"). -We managed to adapt our paper-based QMS to ISOlocity and most of the adaptations feel natural and more convenient than paper-based. - I highly value the level of customization that is made available to us to add/remove/edit most of the modules as needed Resources availabilities: - Our experience with \[sensitive content hidden\] has honestly been 10/10. She is very clear when she answers any questions we have and is readily available when we have questions over Teams chat. She really understands the software so she can explain with clarity when we have questions about modules. We are new to working on a QMS/eQMS and her background/experience on working with a QMS is very valuable to us. Among other many things, it really helped us to ensure we were well prepared for our 1st external Audit. - When we had MDSAP/ISO 13485 related questions, it was great to have the feedback of \[sensitive content hidden\] who also provided us with valuable information to carry our operations and to do well on our first external Audit. - We value the different forms/certifcates/SOPs that were made available to us upon request to help us to adapt to the eQMS. Cons We had some technical issues with the software. Some issues were simply us misunderstanding something, I am not referring to those. I am referring to issues we shared with isolocity (to confirm it's not a mistake from us and to check if there is a solution). These technical issues are unreseloved: - We cannot download blank versions (uncompleted) of our Templates. It always downloads completed versions - while completing Audits using a Template in the eQMS, both my colleague and I got disconnected from the eQMS nd although we made "saves" of our documents, we lost hours of work. - Templates: a) Maybe it's the way we use them, but the fact that once created, we cannot modify them by reuploading an Excel make them way harder to edit than a Word/Excel document. b) using Excel to mass-upload the rows of a template is great, but having to still manually add some features of the rows once imported (signatures, optional fields, different options to be filled by the user, etc) on ISOlocity is time consuming and discourages me from using more templates. It’s a great product for the price and having everything in one place makes it even better. Pros ISOlocity covers most of the key quality management modules required under SQF. It’s easy to use, scales well with our business and team. Document management and Quality Events modules have been the most valuable for us. Cons The Inspection module could be improved by linking inspections to a schedule or calendar, especially the activity one. Having automatic notifications or alerts for any missed or overdue inspections would make it much easier to stay on top of everything and avoid gaps. Cons I don't have any cons but a suggestion for a future module could be a micro specific module that is set up specifically to enter sample results. Instead of having to make a bunch of templates. Especially training records, which for us, during our season of growth tends to be most tedious. Each morning I get a notification of items that need my attention, keeping me on target and achieving goals. Cons My only real dislike is the module naming scheme.
