Reliable Social Media Analytics and very resourceful guides for Social Media Marketing.

Pros

This is the type of software that leads you into learning, it is not only using the tools to your advantage, but also they provide a variety of guides in how to boost your marketing strategies through social media (I must admit, some guides are much better than others). So, in general, you get a guide in how to improve the overall standard of your social media but at the same time you get the proper analytics to methodically examine your data in concordance to your numbers, and then make a plan of action in order to improve. It could save you a lot of money if you do not want to pay someone to manage your social media accounts, and you would rather acquire the knowledge to do it yourself. As an extra, they also offer you personal guidance and a full advertising campaign for a fair price. I recommend it.

Cons

Even though they provide a lot of tools and information, It must be stated that their main focus is Instagram. The Facebook analytics are great, but the guide to properly analyze the information is not as deep as the one they present for Instagram. Regardless of that, you will find it useful nonetheless, and most of this information can be googled.

It's easy, intuitive, and I have to do a special mention to the customer care chat: they answer really fast and are truly helpful.

Pros

It's very easy to use and the chat with customer care is super quick and useful. Something that really make the difference.

Cons

That you can't use it with more than 50 mentions in stories (so we needed to pay an extra tool to do it). + when download the video with the winner in others languages, it doesn't translate everything.

It helped me to monitorize my instagram accounts, the easy to use interphase is a great plus for insights colleting

Pros

IThe free version gives you acces to a lot of insights of your social media accounts, I use it speccially for my Instagram. It is really easy to use, even for dummies, the graphics and charts makes the work way easy

Cons

In times, makes the workflow pretty slow, you may have to refresh some sections several times until it shows the data

Cool Tabs has not only helped with the problems we were encountering with our content, but also opened our eyes to features we didn’t know we needed.

Pros

I loved that Cool Tabs made managing content from various platforms less of a hassle. It can be a lot of work to manage the amount of content necessary to run a business, but it is nice to have it all in one place.

Cons

There are so many features that it can be a little daunting to learn to use all of them. Going in to using the software we were unsure where to begin. However, after a little bit of exploring it was nice to have all those features.

Managing social media promos and lotts for my clients with Cool Tabs, makes my life easier and my clients are so happy as I can provide then detailed results and insights in a very professional way.

Pros

It's so easy to use, very intuitive, and offers a lot of differents option for whatever you need. I've tries free apps but these option are never enough, and at the end I'm wasting a lot of time trying a lot of free pages, looking for the results I'm never finding. There will be probably other apps cheaper than CoolTabs, but I didn't found yet anyone that complete, reliable, easy to use, and with a great customer service.

Cons

Price, for sure. But as I'm saying at the title, good results requiers smart investment.

helpdesk really nice and fast to response which helps a lot as a lot of things are not self- explanatory

Cons

tons of options, plans, tools and apps, can be a little bit overwhelming if you are a newbie. but as said above, helpdesk is super kind and responsive!

Ya he trabajado en dos compañías diferentes con Cool Tabs. Creo que es una solución que ayuda a dinamizar bases de datos y generar engagement. Son muy flexibles y responden rápido a cualquier necesidad.

Pros

Tiene las funcionalidades necesarias para hacer cualquier tipo de gamificación de forma flexible. Además el equipo da respuesta de forma inmediata a dudas o a peticiones.

Cons

Tienen área de mejora en algunos temas de UI. Algunas opciones no están a mano. Pero en general la curva de aprendizaje es breve y los tutoriales son muy útiles

Llevo cerca de 3 años trabajando las campañas de mis clientes con Cool Tabs y seguiré haciéndolo. La aplicación permite crear campañas divertidas, dinámicas y diferentes a lo que ofrecen otras.

Pros

La asistencia y ayuda para la puesta en marcha, es brutal. Las funcionalidades y la recopilación de información en las campañas, es muy bueno. Lo descargas en formato excel. La opción de generar QR, iframes y html para incrustar en cualquier web, es de lo mejor que tiene Cool Tabs.

Cons

Es poco intuitiva y un poco cara. Cuesta un poco aprender todo lo que puedes hacer y cómo tienes que gestionarla para que la información aparezca como quieres. En contrapunto tiene un equipo de asistencia y asesoramiento tremendo, que funciona muy bien.

Sus multiples skins de integracion, plantillas , mecanicas, gamificaciones muy acordes con nuestra necesadades pero, lo mejor es el equipo de back tecnico de Cool-tbas abierto a toda nueva inovacion en la plataforma.

Trabajamos con multiples cuentas y campañas a lo largo de año. Necesitaria poder ver en tiempo real el avance participaciones de todas mi campañas ativas, asi como su evolucioon en el tiempo.

A la hora de valorar el resultado de los correos electrónicos obtenidos de los participantes en el juego, hay muchos emails falso y participación fraudulenta. Hecho en falta un sistema algo más seguro a la hora de permitir la participación de correos ya existentes o falsos.
