When I did encounter a challenge (turns out it was my configuration error) the Viral Loops team jumped on it within hours and did a thorough job investigating and getting it sorted. I think the integration pathways are strong, simple yet effective, a narrow specific set of functions means I don't get lost in bloat, or am paying for features I don't use. Pros Works for email list growth campaigns. Appreciate the customization and workarounds because the app/widget out of the box is bad. Cons Slow, sporadic support (30 mins to 5 days for basic questions). Lots of workarounds required to integrate with Shopify well, the world's largest e-com platform provider. I've built an Affiliate Program using their software and am generally satisfied. The major drawback when using the Viral Loops landing pages has been that when you create an Affiliate Program Sign Up Form vs. the separate Sign Up for Service Form (i.e. the form linked to the unique affiliate link) is that both forms must be identical. I am not able to have 1 form with respective questions and more relevant questions when individuals sign up for service using the unique referral code. Pros The ability to create custom forms and landing pages for individuals signing up for and referring to our Affiliate Program. Cons Customer Service response time was 50/50 on getting a timely response vs. waiting for over a week to hear from someone.
