The onboarding was done really nice and the process was seamless as well. Our onboarding manager was Raahul Ramanan and the account was Handed over to AM Rahul L. So far great experience.

Click-to-Call or Dialing, Call Logging, and follow-up management on the same.

Cons

Cannot connect multiple Facebook Ads set account.

Pros

On-Boarding and Support are seamless.Sell Do team is always open for advancements and they are quick adoption and integration with new technologies is an added advantage

Inventory and quotation generation take a longer time to implement until it's completed during onboarding.

Pros

Sell.do software is very easy to integrate with 3rd party sites and we can customize the field as per our requirements

Cons

Sales performance to be improved because when we take the missed call, it calculate 24 hours cycle not the agent login hours
