Pros

Clear workflow, convenient invoicing, pleasant communication with support when needed. The price-performance ratio is okay for me. Overall, we are very satisfied, we have been using eWay for several years.

Cons

I liked the older look a little better, but it's nothing that bothers me. Customizing individual steps in the workflow is very detailed and therefore a bit more time-consuming, fortunately it doesn't need to be done very often.

I cannot find the original order number on the delivery note. When transferring the order to the receipt, it is not clear to which warehouse the goods are being delivered. Completely inadequate cash register overview – no suitable filter available.

Deep integration with outlook, project stages and workflows, assigning tasks, tracking deadlines and responsibilities. Customizable fields and forms. Document management directly in CRM.

Cons

Reporting isn´t very advanced by default. Dashboard are basic. I miss richer analytical tools. No native “power‑level” visualizations (like Power BI‑style dashboards). Customization requires technical skills or admin access. UI feels a bit outdated. Cannot be integrated into the new Outlook.

Pros

The system is very friendly to use, everything seems to be intuitive. It is fully integrated in MS Outlook and has wide reporting possibilities via Power BI.

Cons

No idea now :-) There occured time to time an issue with the eWay addin, when Outlook rejected to launch it. With trnasfer to inline eWay verison is this point no more topical.

Super simple to set up, super intuitive design, love that it looks for leads within your own in box, keeps everything organized and is a single source of truth.

Pros

It is so incredibly easy to use because of its deep connection with outlook. No more missing contacts or loading to a separate system. Great value for the money and perfect for any small business.

Cons

Nothing. I have tested everything and cannot find one issue. Other CRMS are too clunky, have too much. This is easy breezy.

I do not use so much because we have turned into simple business with less project plannig. So now we need just email tracking instead of deal tracking.

Pros

One roof, many functions under the roof. Integration to Outlook. All variuous sheets under the project.

Cons

if the workres do not fill the system - the proces is not must be. Task apps or ticketing systems are copeting strongly.

I like it, I like the way you can convert all the emails into contacts and deals. With this it is then quite simple to manage new contacts and clients

it is integrated to outlook - that is frankly the best thing. It is also connected to Ares so it can simply search company info just from IČO.

Cons

sometimes it feels a bit laggy but not a huge deal. I sometimes feel that it requires me to create the company by hand in order to convert the mail into contact but not bad.

We did run a test for 3 weeks now and the experiance is very good. There is still a lot of work to be done to be able to generate and design the offers to be issued out of the system

The way you can customise the screen (Forms) with the Formular Designer. We will start with one licence to continue the setup. If the CRM works we will invetsigate the possiability to use the Project function to build our custom TMS System (Transport Management System) with project costing.

Cons

That you are unable to design the pdf and print layout. We have been told that this can only be done by e-way programming staff. Multi currency function for offers. Not very flexible to set up on your own.

Email storage, management and assignment of individual projects to individual designers. Managing attendance and storing contacts within the company, having everything in one place.

Cons

I don't think I can think of anything yet. For what we use CRM for, its functions are sufficient. I miss the function of creating e.g. an entry from the diary function. When e.g. minutes of a meeting are written in the diary, the possibility to generate the minutes in word format for example.

I have been working with this system for about a year, it took me a while to understand it at first. I have to admit that I like the fact that I have an overview of individual projects. This is more of a system that larger companies will use than small companies.

I have an overview of individual projects and the connection of eway with other software, such as Outlook. I also like the option to choose between a desktop or online. I like that I can filter individual items.

Cons

I shouldn't be getting so many notifications in my email inbox, but I understand that this is how the system is set up for the customer and it reports every change that happens to the user who is linked to the item.

The main limitation for us is the mobile/phone integration: we’d like contacts to sync to the phone more naturally and to have caller ID display based on CRM records. Aside from that, it’s a dependable tool for maintaining shared contact information and context.

Centralized contact database that is shared across all users. Easy to store and find notes, history, and key information linked to contacts. Helps keep team communication consistent (everyone sees the same context).

Cons

Contact syncing/moving contacts to a phone is limited (not a seamless “phone contacts” experience). Caller identification is missing/limited — it doesn’t reliably show who is calling based on CRM contacts.
