Australian support has been excellent despite time differences and the turn around time for requests are great (24 hrs). Regular update wrt R &D on product and addressing market needs.

Ltd service capacity in Africa which often requires support from Australia.

We would love single checks priced separately from daily monitoring checks

Pros

Ease of use once the user understands how it is organized (like "individual" and "corporate"). I love the single scans and monitoring feature.

Cons

Batch checks - the user needs to understand the excel file, fill it in correctly and what results following the scan does not look official (unlike the single checks). Also, it is not easy to click and see all the names that were scanned in the batch.

Access to the system is easy, has very good guides to help you through the process. The reporting facilities within the system are good in that you can create hard copies as well as having the information stored.

The ease of set-up of this service and value for money are the strengths of this service. The usability is good and provides an appropriate amount of functionality to allows for users to identify members and potential AML/PEP issues. The data quality and configuration of the system are also strong points. There are very few instances, if any at all, where the system is down or unavailable. We are very happy with the product and service provided.
