I struggled to engage in a lot of the marketing tools because it seemed too big of a lesrning curve to prioritize over the other projects I was using donorbox to support. Cons I wanted a way to engage or understand my donors a little better. Im not exactly sure what that is, but maybe a survery when they change their donation or sign up or some kind of feedback tool. When we found Donorbox, it seemed to good to be true but after running our first very successful campaign, we discovered it was exactly what we were looking for. I also love that it can be a flexible and attractive widget that can be placed anywhere on my website! Cons There's not much to dislike about Donorbox, but my least favorite thing is probably that I have to pay for it. :) Also, I wish it were easier for donors (and for me) to cancel donor payment plans.
