Completely rely on it for day to day management of absence management and reporting If there is anything that I can't work out how to do, the e-days support team are always efficient and extremely helpful - I cannot fault them at all!

Cons

Reports include leavers which is confusing. Can't find a report heading to identify line managers.

Complex leave policy for APAC region and need a system to manually increase the leave entitlement. However, not requirement are able to meet.

Pros

E-days suitable for leave policy that doesn't have complicated leave rules.

Cons

Creating a template. The layout, such as entitlement pot.

In general, I'm super happy with the system. During the time we are using e-days (3 years), the system improved and developed based on our needs. I felt the support I got was always very fast and helpful. my feedback was always taken seriously and I enjoy working with the team.

Pros

e-days is simple for the user and for the admin. the system is quite flexible and had the possibility to adjust to the business needs.

Cons

Overview of the history and log is missing in some areas. for example time submission and leavers info.

Good experience overall, but loses a star from some elements being less user friendly.

Pros

Good support from help desk when help is needed. Easy to view holiday, sickness etc on the calendar (clear presentation.)

Cons

Using the tools as an administrator can sometimes be complicated and unclear. Some processes are complicated and require help needed from the support desk. For example, adding a day off for birthdays was harder than I had anticipated.

### "A positive experience with eDays"

Overall the experience has been positive, it is nice now knowing who we can reach out to if we have any questions/problems. The system is easy to use, while allowing us to personalise it in ways that suit our business.

Pros

Simple to use, when introducing new employees to the system it is very self explanatory which makes it easier for both parties. Since connecting with an account manager, we have found out ways to utilise the system even more e.g. setting up workflows, so the system does work well in my opinion.

Cons

Sometimes when setting up new joiners, the system does not automatically calculate the holiday they are owed. The only way we have found out is when employees go to book holiday and it says they are entitles to zero days. We still have not found the solution for this, so there is some manual work still needed but luckily it doesn't happen with every employee.

I have always found them extremely helpful and willing to engage with us to make using the platform easier. The platform is intuitive and works well for us - especially as we have employees across the globe. Employees find this easy to use and there's lots of useful functionality with reporting, being able to proxy as a user and many other things!

Pros

The ease of use, and how helpful the support team are with any and all queries!

Cons

Nothing jumps out - the only struggles I have are from being new to using the system and still finding my way around!

It's so easy to use, no training is needed for any new staff and I find people appreciate the colourful and functional visuals.

They are very responsive and fast with ticket response. They also provide clear instructions to fix it yourself which helps you learn the system better

Cons

On Call and Standby rules are not easy to implement but it can be modified.

Its function is full filled and it has moved towards a friendlier user experience on the app.

Cons

The web version does not seem as friendly and lacks visual organisation. I find it a bit complicated despite using it for 5 years now.

I use this daily to manage staff absences. It is very easy and quick to use from both an employee and management perspective.

Pros

Easy to use for employee and employers Now better there is an app also to use Quick to use and navigates quickly between pages

Cons

That it doesn't go back through the years like the old system used to- you can only view last year, current year and next year.

It is easier to track absences, not just for a particular employee, but for the entire population. We're able to see how many planned absences will occur, so we can put measures into place, employees are able to book time offs and await approvals. It has definitely saved time.

Pros

\- It is user friendly and the support portal is very efficient and effective, and the support team works to fulfill ticket requests in a very short time so as to prevent any consequences from occurring.- Reports are extremely easy to pull and aid in the decision making process.

Cons

Entitlements feature wasn't the easiest to navigate once an employee was already added. However, support as previously mentioned, support is readily available.

\- edays has helped the company to save time, effectively monitor staff absence, keep on top of other absences such as holidays, compassionate leave, working from home requests etc.

Pros

\- it is so easy to use- the front layout is nice and the back admin layout is not hard to use- the customer service portal is great, along with the information hub, which I use regularly- that there is a mobile app, so we can check edays on the go- importing entitlement is easy to use- there are webinars to help

\- perhaps the interface could look a little bit more modernised? just a suggestion

It has transformed how we manage employees time and attendance needs, from alocating working from home allowance, to managing sickness its very easy to use and clear cut information

Pros

The easy and bright simple UI, navigation with big buttons that functionaly make sense, very easy to read colour coded caladenar, how it works and displays across various devices

Cons

Lack of mobile app and would love to integrate it with other systems but options seem limited

### "Brilliant holiday and sickness management system"

Nowadays we are faced with systems that are difficult to work out and take months to implement. What a refreshing difference you get with eDays - it is easy to set up and implement, easy to use, great view of all absences - individually and for all our employees. And the reporting functionality is superb. And really affordable. This is the second company where I am using eDays and I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Pros

Ease of use, useful app, easy request and approval process, quick view of holiday year and any absences, excellent reports!

Cons

Really tried hard to think about something and I could not find anything. Perhaps it would have to be an app, but as we work in an office environment - we are using the web link and no one has any problem with it.

### "My user experience wiht Edays"

As an HR Business Partner, I am having a positive experience with edays so far. I comply with our legal obligations. It gives me and all our employees a better visibility on our absences and more autonomy to plan our holidays. Using edays has improved data quality for HR and Payroll. It is now much easier to move from one holiday period to another.

Pros

Edays is a flexible and a user-friendly application. What I like with Edays is the ability to adjust to a local legal obligation. I appreciate calendar and the holiday balances in real time. This feature gives our employees more visibility and autonomy to manage their absences. The Customer service is available and very reactive.

Cons

I do not see major cons. The challenge would be to create an interface with our HR Management System.

Pros

Has saved so much time for Managers with time off approvals and tracking. Employees love it because its fast and easy to you. Has completely changed the way we manage absences. Highly recommend and the Project and Customer Service Teams are excellent

The system is extremelly straight forward to use and very intuative. The customer support is outstanding. \[sensitive content hidden\] always responds to my emails extrememly quickly with instructions to my queries or offers to jump on a call if I get stuck.

The simple book time off feature that stands out when first accessing the e-days homepage is a key feature for users to quickly book in holiday or their planning for the week/month in advance.

Cons

Occasional long loading times when submitting leave and the loading of the group calendar when trying to view all users calendar for the month.
