Owner Arts and Crafts Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "A Software For All PDF Needs" February 24, 2026 5.0 It is useful for creating PDF documents, but mostly to help me edit the ebooks I create. Many times I need to edit them or add information. Because the software is stable is offers great editing without changing the formatting or messing up the spaces where words go. I've had this problem with other such softwares, but not with pdfFiller. Pros I have used it to create and edit PDF documents and to create forms. I also use it to convert PDF documents to Word. It was easier to use than other similar software. It was easy to use and has good customer support. With an active subscription files can be kept in the cloud until a user deletes them. It is also a could source for document signing. I have never had bugs or difficult issues with the software, it appears to be a sturdy platform. Cons It does not have a free version. For people who don't use it on a regular basis, they will have to pay for a subscription they sometimes don't use. " October 31, 2024 5.0 Overall, I am extremely satisfied with pdfFiller once I learned to navigate my way around the various ways it can be used to edit PDFs. I just started my 3rd year of using pdfFiller and plan to continue in the future. Pros I use pdfFiller on a daily basis for my health coaching business. I keep track of health records, create invoices, create lab orders, and edit previously written PDFs using the seamless interaction with pdfFiller. Cons I have rarely found what I am looking for in the pdfFiller library. Many of them have company logos on the form that cannot be removed so they do not apply to what I want to use them for in my business. My suggestion to pdfFiller is to remove identifying logos from the forms in the library so they could be edited to work with another business. I will be researching other programs, finish my subscription and make sure to use another company that is not as deceptive as pdfFiller has turned out to be. I should have expected crap like this being the company appears to be based out of Massachusetts and the support is overseas. Pros The product worked O.K but there are better programs I wish I had of gone with instead. Customer service was adequate but I could have found a better subscription cheaper. Pros I can use it as a fax, a secure email, document signature, and form filler as well as editing pdf documents. The security really comes in handy, because email is notoriously unprotected unless you do some complex encrypting. This email is simple to use. I’ve continued with it since then because it works for me in my large and small document signings. Cons I wish that there was a quick way to find all versions of the contract, including signed versions, in the same docs folder that I’ve organized by project. I produce films and this would make a huge difference. I also wish there was a way to do batch downloads of signed documents as PDFs for filing with legal entities.
