I like that you can understand it fast, no fuss. Setting appointments is fast; a highlight is when you use Treatwell you can also get new clients, it's a great bonus. Pros A lot of features and the utilisation is very intuitive. Calendar plus treatwell marketing options is a great combination. Cons I can't do a search for keywords that were written in the appointment notes, that is sometimes unfortunate. Switched from [Planity](https://www.capterra.com/p/248774/Planity/) i didn't appreciate their prices and some of their options. January 24, 2025 3.0 The plugin used to be good with a few small errors. Today, it is almost unusable, as the developer has not provided a solution for several weeks. Pros At first, I was very satisfied with the plugin and could rely on it for the most part. It helped me with my work and was positively received by my clients. Cons Since January 2025, the plugin has been very unreliable. Constantly, new errors are popping up. My clients and I are very frustrated. I have heard from the developer that the issue is known and they are working on it. However, after 4 weeks, there is still no improvement. Clients are not able to see my availability and as a result, they are leaving my website. This is damaging to my business and I have to consider using a different booking app. I am very disappointed. Pros It was easy to set up and easy to use. My team took to it quickly and it made scheduling conficts disappear in a hurry. Cons There was nothing that I liked least. If I had to say one thing it was the time slots and figuring out time available was a bit confusing at first. It allows my customers and me a great experience with bookings, service-overview, email follow-up and schedule. The features I need are available, regular updates and the team is quick to help with any problems/requests. Pros I love how many useful features for my salon there are. The email follow-ups with confirmation/reminders are great. The team is also very effective to help with requests/problems. Useful newsletter with regular feature updates. Price is within my budget, would actually love to buy life-time access and I would highly recommed to anyone who needs an affordable booking system. This system allows my customers an easy booking experience and saves me time once set up. Appointment management is good, customers can cancel on their own through email or log-in and book a new slot. The customer base is also great, where I can add notes to each client and remember all the important details between appointments, and contact info. New customers also finds my booking system through google and instagram-link and can book appointments without even talking to me, which has automated business growth. Learning curve: In the beginning it took some time to get into the system, but it is very worth it to get the most use of the features and have a great system for bookings, prices, duration of appointments, customers, holidays/schedule etc. Cons Compared to another norwegian system I do not get the same visibility among norwegian customers (this is not a search engine for norwegian customers to find my salon/my services as well), however the other system is more expensive and their other features/follow up is not as good fit for my salon as salon booking system. I would also like an easier way to place discounts within a time frame/campaign period for service categories or individual services, where the customers can see before price and an icon with percentage off/sale. Would like to have the service-/booking-price included in details when I add the booking to my google calendar. I also would like to choose the right timezone for Norway in the booking system. I also want a button where customers has to accept the salon-policy when booking or if I add the booking for them, instead of only have the possibility to read it. Review Source GN Glen N. There are many futures to add a lot (unlimited) products/treatments Cons There are 2 things what's missing or not clear: 1. In 2 years time of using SBS it's still not possible to make 2 (or more) bookings of the same product at the same time. Customers can only make a note about this; 2. When you use the Multi-shop add-on, it's not always clear what settings goes first. Every day, my list of appointments appeared on my Google calendar and if I needed to check when a client has last visited, how many appointments they had had, it took just a couple of minutes. Now I am setting up a new business and I never even though about using an alternative booking system. Pros This is all I needed to know: when I had my massage business (pre-Covid), clients would say that they choose me because it was son easy to book. Or they would just spontaneously complement me on the booking system. It's a very flexible system. For example, I set it up so that I could make more slots available to regular clients (by using categories for my services), and I always had 15mins between clients and I could change this any time I needed to. When it came to applying for corona, I could just download as CSV file to show all the bookings I had had to cancel - this made it so easy. We expect to add a hairdresser shortly, and that will now not present an issue - should be seamless. Pros The features meshed perfectly with our requirements - and, as we needed an extra feature, it turned out this was an add on that was included with our licence. With guidance from their exceptional support we got this working easily. Cons Some of the features were slightly counterintuitive - but this is more a case of a little bit of knowledge being a dangerous thing... my expectations of how something should work were not correct... once I read the manual (really!) it all made sense.
