Relationship management, easy to use. Turnkey service, all setup done by MyLobby and it was also very fast.

Doorflow requires the phone to work and does not allow for visitor management.

One notable drawback is the limited options available for building forms/questionnaires. We have found that the current options provided by the product could be more robust and flexible, making it easier to create tailored questionnaires to gather specific visitor information.Additionally, we have identified some limitations in the interface of the product. While it is functional and user-friendly, an upgrade to the interface would greatly enhance the overall user experience. A more modern and intuitive interface would not only improve aesthetics but also contribute to increased efficiency and ease of use for both staff and visitors.

We initially got this product for COVID screening and temp scanning but we have been able to move away from that and make this a self check-in system to help speed up the clients experience and cut down wait time.

Pros

Ease of use and ability to make it fit our needs for check in process. They were able to listen to what we wanted and custom make a website that tied into the check in system. That is what is display on the TV's in our lobby so clients can see where their place in line is and status.

Cons

No real complaint but automatic reports sometime is hard to clear out.

Pros

We have a lot of events, I like the fact that I can preregister guess and all they need to do is scan their QR code in the front lobby that expedites the whole process.

Cons

Sometimes visitor can fiddle with the tablet and escape the Mylobby application and then the next visitor doesn't know what to do. Although, I just found out that there's another plug-in and I have to download to fix it.

We like the fact that it's very customizable. It also has an emergency messaging capability that can be tailored to multiple different template messages. MyLobby can even segregate which groups of people you want to send your message out to. We utilized this for staff that were trained in First Aid for emergency situations in our offices.

Cons

The back-end setting configuration was a little bit confusing at first. But in overl good experience.
