Experiencia de 10. Además de todas sus funcionalidades, facilidad de uso. Quiero destacar el SOPORTE, la ATENCIÓN, por parte del equipo de ADA. No es un soporte por email dónde no sabes cuando y como te contestarán.Es un soporte cercano, de tú a tú, transparente, con el objetivo de ayudar (hasta en cosas que no tendrían por qué hacerlo).\[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] es un profesional y mejor persona, que conoce la herramienta como la palma de su mano, pero además es una persona que entiende de marketing, te aconseja siempre con ideas geniales y además se ofrece siempre para ayudarte. Por WhatsApp, por Zoom, en fin, llevo años en formaciones, he probado muchas herramientas, y soportes como este, en ningún lugar, y creerme que es fundamental.\[SENSITIVE CONTENT\], que creo que es el \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] de ADA, me ha llegado hasta llamar en 2 o 3 ocasiones, por un problema que tuve al querer adquirir la herramienta, y para otras dudas también me ha escrito hasta por WhatsApp.He trabajado años en empresas medianas, y no he conocido jamás al jefe. En general me encanta el conjunto de todas las herramientas. La facilidad de crear landing, formularios, emails, automatizaciones y las stroretelling son una verdadera pasada. Todo pensado para versión mobile. Además, el panel de control es muy intuitivo,

Echo en falta que pueda se puedan integrar formularios en WordPress, mediante algún código corto, por ejemplo. Ya que para hacerlo, tienes que crear un botón o enlace en WordPress e introducir ahí el enlace de la landing de ADA. Aunque yo lo hago en mi web y funciona todo correctamente.

Gracias a ADA, mi empresa puede ofrecer un servicio más completo, desde la recogida de datos de los clientes hasta la implementación de campañas de SMS y correo electrónico, así como la medición de resultados.

Pros

La creación de la Landing Page, Story Telling, Movie Telling, Uppermail, la inserción de fotos y videos (incluso musica), la construción de grupos y subgrupos. La distribución a través de codigo QR y la análisis de los resultados.

Cons

Necesitas implementar el software con otras redes sociales (Instagram)

La semplicità di utilizzo, la presenza di nuove tecnologie implementate all'interno della piattaforma, come l'avatar 3D e l'AI, sono tra gli elementi più efficaci dell'ambiente di marketing automation

Prima di conoscere Ada avevo un problema con il mio target clienti che poco ama le email. Arrivare a nuovi prospect e direttamente e velocemente ai clienti era diventato difficile. Con le funzionalità integrate di Ada riesco ad avere un contatto più rapido, diretto e convertire di più. Grazie agli storytelling, gli sms e le notifiche push i miei clienti in primis e i prospect ugualmente, riescono ad avere un contatto migliore con un’esperienza nuova rispetto al passato. Creare i contenuti é davvero facile ed intuitivo, e la grafica di base é già ben impostata e bella. L’assistenza pre e post vendita: mai avuto nulla di così cordiale e preciso rispetto ad altri software.

Pros

La funzione che mi é piaciuta subito é quella degli storytelling. Facili da creare e ottimo strumento di marketing virale da usare sui social per veicolare il cliente all’acquisto e sulle proprie piattaforme.

Cons

Ad oggi non ho riscontrato nulla di negativo se non averlo scoperto “tardi” rispetto ad altri software.

Ada ci permette in un solo tool di avere SMS, Mail, Automazione e Chat bot, ed attraverso il qr code possiamo utilizzare qualsiasi touch point.

Pros

Versatilità e semplicità di utilizzo. In un solo tool hai tutto integrato, in questo modo puoi realizzare ottimi microcontenuti che convergono a tempo di record. Inoltre la possibilità di automatizzare flussi di mail dà una marcia in più alla suite.

Cons

Alcune funzionalità che possono essere migliorate attengono alla possbilità di personalizzare le url delle landing e dei contenuti in generale.

Oltre ad essere un Consulente Aziendale nel Fitness, sono anche titolare di centro Fitness. Ho iniziato la fase di Test con il mio centro ed il risultato immediato che ho avuto è stato sicuramente la velocità nello strutturare e-mail, storytelling e chatbot (vera sorpresa della piattaforma) oltre ad entrare immediatamente in contatto con i miei clienti attuali e la cosa sorprendente che tempo zero ho avuto la misura esatta del lavoro svolto con una reportistica immediata e intuitiva.

Pros

E' una Piattaforma, semplice, versatile, di semplice utilizzo ma, la cosa più importante, che ti permette di utilizzare diversi canali con un solo click. Si passa dall'On Line all'Off Line (e viceversa) con semplici Tools, intuitivi ed immediati. Veramente un ottimo prodotto!

Cons

Al momento nulla, sto sviluppando diversi workflow di Marketing Automation e devo dire che dai primi sviluppati non ho nulla da eccepire.

Reasons for choosing ADA

Ho preferito ADA perchè sono stato incuriosito non solo dalla versatilità ma anche e soprattutto perchè è una piattaforma nativa per il mobile marketing e poi perchè mi sta permettendo di scoprire il Convergent Marketing e l'uso dell'A.I. nei processi produttivi aziendali.

La relación calidad/precio. Es la plataforma más completa y adaptada a móviles.

Cons

Me encanta ADA.Lo único que puedo echar en falta es la integración con Instagram, pero no es prioritario, pues la publicación en esta red la ha mejorado mucho el creator studio de Fb.

Mi experiencia general ha sido sumamente positiva. La posibilidad de crear contenidos originales e interactivos, automatizar los procesos de comunicación y gestionar toda la base de datos de forma eficiente, es un beneficio muy importante para cualquier tipo de negocio.

Principalmente me ha gustado la cantidad de funcionalidades, ya que permite gestionar cada aspecto de la comunicación de mi negocio desde la misma plataforma. Además la automatización de los procesos del marketing nos permite ahorrar mucho tiempo y recursos en la tarea.

Ada ti da la possibilità di gestire le tue campagne marketing in modo semplice e completo, con una interfaccia utente ben fatta. Ci sono tante funzionalità interessanti che fanno della soluzione ada la scelta ideale per qualsiasi azienda voglia distinguersi dalla massa.
