### "Great Value for Member Engagement "

We're in phase one of our roll out of Connect - six cohorts of course participants use the platform for discussion, assignments and resource-sharing. It works perfectly. Phase two will involve opening up the platform to our entire membership for discussion and resource sharing.

Pros

Connect Online Community delivers all of the functionality of an online community without the steep price tag. We appreciated the ease of implementation and how simple it is for members to get into the community.

Cons

We're still learning new applications for the platform and look forward to rolling out some of the new features.

### "Incredible value for an online community"

Connect makes it so much easier to interact with my customers, and provide a great self-service experience for them to find our training content. It also enables our customers to connect with each other so they can see how everyone else is using our platform.

Pros

Ongoing continuous platform enhancements, fast & easy access to support team, open pricing, deep integration experience for SSO and old forums conversion/imports. So easy to customize styling for both the web interface and the email templates for the listserv interface.

Cons

Coming from vBulletin there's very little to dislike here.

The vBulletin seems stuck in the past, the somewhat regular security concerns and having to keep track of versions and upgrades manually is a time sink. With Connect I never have to even think about those issues, updates and fixes are automatically.

Pros

Sengii's online community is a cost-effective solution that is fairly intuitive to use. The customer support is the biggest pro.

Cons

There are some limitations to the system but our customer support team at Sengii has been great about helping us think of "work around" solutions.

Pros

We have been very pleased with Sengii as our community service provider. We recently switched to a new AMS that did not have a community platform built in to it like our last one did, so we began searching for new providers. We were actually about to go live with a different, more popular product, but after seeing the capability and features of Sengii on top of Sengii's great customer service, we stopped our integration with the other provider in order to go live with Sengii. Implementation was pain-free. Pricing is amazing when you consider all the features you receive. Sengii is also receptive to their customers and take user feedback to make updates to their product.

Cons

We are still learning where all the features/buttons are as we are newer customers. Takes some getting used to but we are quickly adapting.

### "Low cost, user-intuitive service"

I work to support 157 independent associations affiliated with my national organization and I wanted a cost-effective way to connect the leaders of those associations with each other for the sharing of ideas and information. Within one week of set up and introducing them to the system, they started initiating conversations and responding to each other with regularity. I am now looking to expand the service to other groups within my association.

Pros

The cost is so low and the support is so great--it's hard to top this product for connecting members of a group so they can communicate with each other.

Cons

Not everything on the administrative side is as intuitive as I would like.

### "Fan of Sengii - would recommend"

Very happy with it and would happily recommend it to other people. Sengii and their online community are great.

Pros

We've been using Sengii and their Connect Online community since 2022. It has saved us a ton of time on managing our members thanks to the integration with our AMS. Their pricing for what they offer is excellent. I have no reservations about recommending it.

Cons

There are only 2 things on my "wish-list" for Sengii: 1. I wish there was a better way to handle outlook calendar invites. I'm not sure this is even remotely feasible, but I wish it handled calendar invites more like Outlook. If I need to make an edit to the meeting, I want everyone to get that update, as opposed to having to send a new .ics file. The 2nd item is regarding a mobile app. Sengii offers to brand an app for you, but it is NOT cheap. I wish there was something more like Discord, or even Reddit, where it would be a Sengii branded app that would have all of your subscriptions in there. But again, I'm not sure how feasible that would be.

Pros

It's incredibly easy to use which was important as it's being introduced to all experience ranges. In addition, the support we received during implementation was second to none.

Cons

None at this time. I expect at some point in the future we'll need new features which the developer will be happy to add.

### "Great new marketplace option"

We've been looking at online communities for several years, but balked at price points and concern over whether our not our members (not the most tech-savvy crew) would be able to adapt to it. It really is as simple as sending an email (many of our members have probably never logged in - they just respond to emails as they're used to, but it archives them into an easily searchable online forum to serve as a future resource). I previously worked with main developer on a prior project, and have complete confidence in his abilities and character. He is tremendously responsive when issues do arise and always open to ideas and improvements. A pleasure to work with and a great product.

Pros

As easy to use as email, even for a non-tech-savvy audience Fantastic customer service

Cons

We really don't have any cons! There were a few bugs at the beginning, but that's the case with any implementation...

Overall, we've seen an increase in discussions with our members, something we were unable to provide prior. This product has also increased awareness of our events and community issues among members, providing them another way to receive relevant information in a timely fashion.

Pros

From start to launch, the Sengii community has been super helpful to get our online community right for our members. Extremely responsive, innovative and outside of the box thinking. We have been very pleased with the ease of use for the staff and for those utilizing this tool, every day.
