August 10, 2022 5.0 In order to not waste time in meetings and not having meetings that actually don't require attendance, we were looking for a tool that keeps an agenda as well as having the agenda and progress on action points accessible to all participants - live, remote and asynchronously participating. Yabbu fills that spot perfectly. Pros It was very easy to use right out of the box. We work a lot with status update meetings, jour fixes and onboarding. So we need a tool that keeps track. Yabbu is flexible enough for all of these use cases. It enables asynchronous meetings - ie. meetings that participants can work on at different times. Also, it is structured to make progress visible for regular meetings like team or project updates, Cons Here and there are some glitches that were easy to solve with customer service which is generally very responsive and helpful.
