Pros

A fantastic software which takes the hard work out of compliance; the ability to set reminders and automatic notifications, alongside effective action tracking makes managing a QMS system "easy."

Cons

The ability to be able to select all, no ability to search for serial numbers, and occasionally jumps pages.

### "Streamlining legal registers"

Like many items of software you will never get one that is absolutely fantastic and ticks every single box. However, the communication and support given by MyCompliance is second to none. You can send them recommendations and they will give you an honest response, either thank-you and adding to their developers list for investigation or simply saying no sorry we've looked at it but unlikely to progress forward for a while.

Pros

MyCompliance provides quality managers the ability to complete audits from cradle to grave. By completing an audit report you are able to select NCR's and actions. Depending on the number of users assigned to use the software you can assign an action to a user and when it has not been completed it can be escalated to an additional user. Another great element is the ability to create multiple legal registers (requirements module). These all feed into the master. You can add review dates and comments against every item you feel is applicable to your business. The system will also tell you the number that have been reviewed. You can use a calendar view to see what new legislation has been added to the platform for you to choose from. The software has many other additional features handy for some companies. These include asset registers, training register and risk assessments. The risk assessment module could be enhanced further with additional functions (I am led to believe this is already under consideration with the developers for late 2019).

Cons

\- The interface is somewhat lagging behind similar products on the market but it doesn't make it unusable. - Multiple apps instead of just the one with options to select areas (although it does have one-sign in feature which is handy). - Legislation added to your own register will require you to go back to the main module to check for any updates as it is currently not an automatic feature.

The Customer Service is excellent, the communications are spot on and MyCompliance are always there when we need them.

Pros

We have been a user of MyCompliance for a number of years now. MyCompliance team listen to what we need and are always on hand to ensure that we utilise the system to its full advantage. As a SME business, with around 47 employees, a fleet of vehicles and copious amounts of training, both statutory and manufacturers, a large asset list and a huge amount of RAMS prepared daily, MyCompliance takes the headache out of managing these items. We also use the Legislation which is worth its weight in gold as provides you with all the changes we need to ensure that we are abreast of any changes. Asset management is crucial to our business and MyCompliance reduces the amount of administration time it takes to ensure all our assets are up to date and compliant. The Risk Assessment is superb and is now used by both our Administration Staff and our Engineers via the app. We have introduced the incident reporting via the app which is also simple to use and very efficient. All in all MyCompliance is an amazing system that ticks every box we need as a SME business.

Cons

There isnt anything to dislike, the system does everything we need and more.

Reason for choosing MY Compliance Management

The ease of use, the company was smaller than some other businesses so the service was more personal.

It has helped many businesses I work with centralise their information and streamline their compliance requirements in such circumstances we have been able to reduce our UKAS accredited ISO audits from 4 days to 2 and 3 days to 1 due to the functionality the system has been able to offer and how we have managed to utilise key areas.

Pros

The ability to help and support multiple clients remotely has been a huge advantage for us, having all the information available online means we can where required in an urgent support case provide support to our clients and remain constantly in the loop with the automatic notification system.

Cons

Whilst it is recognised that as a system administrator for multiple organisations notifications are a key part of the system however it would be advantageous to have an option to switch a few off with perhaps greater admin control rights and select what you want/need to receive. Infact greater control over the user controls in general would be good as there may be times where someone is not quite a manager but does have a requirement within their role to edit items such as risk assessments others have created

### "Incident report Form review"

MY compliance has been a huge benefit to Anheddau. Support staff who use the system are finding it extremely easy to use. Customer support is amazing, first class and you are defiantly made to feel that no question is too small.

Pros

The ease of completing an incident form for standard user. The ease of creating an action which is sent directly to relevant managers -also that the action can be escalated to higher management if needed. Being able to introduce new fields within the incident form.

Cons

The complexity of producing registers and groups. Although this has been explained to be very well and after a few attempts I seem to managing it fine now. Being unable to receive the incident form in management order. For example Anheddau would prefer that the direct line manager receives the form first, then the area manager and then finally the senior manager, instead we receive all at the same time, so unclear sometimes what action is being done and the information not have been completed by direct line manager.

Having used My Compliance for over three years now on a daily basis I can truly vouch for what a great incident administration tool this is. I was very nervous during the selection period and wanted to be sure I didn't buy in to a burdensome, "clunky" system. This could not have been further from what I found with My Compliance. They are a keen focused team, eager to interact with customers and respond to their needs. The product is a light easy to use tool adaptable and designed to fully track through to resolution any incident. I have no regrets in the selection of this tool and have regularly been grateful for it's assistance.

Pros

Easy to administer Great support Responsive team Allows full ownership Versatility to not just manage incidents but also audit compliance and more Transparency of incidents Ease of log on Use of hyperlinks to follow histories

Cons

Old questions have long been redressed, e.g. production of user manuals has helped assist many of our personnel less comfortable with on line support.

I have been using My Compliance Management software since just after it was launched and found it to be incredibly easy to use and flexible to allow us to create registers for things it probably was not originally planned to deal with. I have used other software systems that claim to do the same but they always significantly more expensive and usually more difficult to use or have a limited number of licences

Pros

Ease of use due to its logical layout and interface The control the user has over how it manages your data The ability to enter your own standards and requirements over and above the in-built ones. The support from the company is second to none

### "Does everything a compliant company needs"

My Compliance all in all is an extremely useful application, it has mobile apps for incidents, which is great for our on site workers. It has a NCR app which helps massively. And holds all round documentation in one area such as contractor details, PAYE details, our legal register etc. Couldn't recommend it enough.

Pros

On almost every module it prompts you to put in an expiry or a due date, this works incredibly well within teams actioning each-other, or simply just trying to keep up a contractors paperwork.

Cons

It can sometimes take a while to explain how it works to a new staff member, however its pretty much the same layout the whole way through, so once they've nailed one section they can pretty much work the rest of the system

The software itself is very good but the stand out benefits to My Compliance over other products is the fantastic customer support and great feedback loop.

Nothing really. I just wish I had more time to set it up for more modules!

The System is great to use, and it is growing to accommodate the requirements of it's users. The software is easy to use, and the interfaces in the software make navigating easy. By being able to view and monitor everything in one place I am able to save time and use one reliable system rather than multiple spreadsheets, etc. The ability to set expiry dates and create reports enables me to manage training requirements more easily. Overall, it is great working with the My Compliance Team who are always friendly, obliging and long-suffering when I have needed to ask the same question more than once!

Pros

The ability to upload and manage all competencies, assets, reports and actions in one place - no more multiple deadlines, spreadsheets and workbooks to monitor. The fantastic support from the My Compliance team - their support and willingness to take a view on changes we have requested and implement these, and also the 1:1 support.

Cons

The training help guide is very brief so I have still needed to call the team for support.

I was on the purchasing and set-up teams for this system and the feedback we have received from our users has been excellent. The data is secure and easy to access. The support team are fantastic and always on the end of the phone should we need anything

Pros

I love how easy to use the system is, in our organisation we have a very wide range of users from cleaning staff and caretakers to managing directors and all are able to use the system with ease

Cons

The only current downside to the system is that there isn't many upload functions, when setting up the system it took quite a while and when we need to bulk load anything it is time consuming. This is something which I have raised with the support team though and they are looking into ways of developing this area for us which is excellent

The system takes time to set up, then what system doesn’t, but once it was all set up the management of it was so easy. Everyone was able to work out how to use it so easily, especially with the video guides to help. This has improved our reporting process and auditing of corrective actions.

Pros

The software is worth buying for just one of its features, to then find out it has so many more is amazing. The legal register alone is worth the cost of purchasing let alone all the others.

Cons

A difficult question to answer this one, as I did have a couple of issues but the rep was so helpful and they worked with us to resolve them so now there’s nothing I dislike about the system.

Pros

Using the system to track NCR's, Incidents (Hazards & Near Misses), Risk Assessments, Legal and Aspect Registers across the business. The added benefits of access to Regulatory Requirements and iHASCO H&S Training to remain compliant with ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 is invaluable especially at this price level. We are also using the Apps on Tablets to make the input of information and tracking actions of easier.

Cons

Front end is a little dated, a more familiar html style I/O would be better and more intuitive. Also a single App / Log-in for all types would save time.

The reps are very professional and personal, there were no sales tactics and the system is very good, as options for future proofing with mobile applications. They walked me through the system, how it worked and any elements that did not work for our business they have reviewed and feedback changes. This has given me the conference I am working with a business who appreciate customer feedback and will always give you an updated/ realistic overview of what can be done.

Pros

It is really easy to navigate and even for the tricker areas to learn there are short/snappy videos to help which show up on every module. Easy to model to your business, as you are able to rename or add your own chapters/ elements.

Cons

When you are moving around the modules and you click back into another module it will automatically link you back to the last register that you entered and not to the list of registers etc.

Overall experience has been fantastic, the guys are always on hand to answer any questions and no question is to small!

Pros

I like the fact that it ahs so many different features and once we are set up we will manager so much of our information in one place without the need to sue lots of different packages. It is also really great value and is going to save us thousands per year that we were using on a different auditing software

Cons

The most frustrating thing is the time it takes to set-up... but that cant be helped so it's not a huge con.

We are in the early stages of roll out but already the Training Module is being used and works so well that we are moving Sole Traders and Specialised Sub Contractor records across as well. The Incident reporting is up and running and save so much time.

Pros

Ease of use and intuitive. Simple stages of set up and controlled by the user

Not all of the criteria we were looking for is available yet but up-grades are about to be announced
