The people at GDPR365 have done such a great job with this software. The response times are excellent, they kept in touch and were very responsive with every e-mail I sent them. They always have a good attitude and are very honest people to work with. Great knowledgeable staff and it is excited to work with them. Especial thanks to the executives Pros 1\. Quick implementation - the software is quick and easy to setup and learn so you're ready to start work immediately not days or weeks 2. User friendly - user interface is clean and modern, simple to navigate, quick to load and configured to GDPR terminology. Also, they have pre-configured forms that helps you with the entire process 3. Customisation - include a range of templates and help you to design your own personalised account from scratch. You can add your company logo, modify the content of pre-defined policies/procedures or upload your own policies/procedures/contracts etc. 4. Reporting - we can quickly create a report by selecting different filters and export them in Excel or PDF (Readiness assessment and Records of Processing Activities) 5. Resources - Access to thousands of Knowledge Base information directly from GDPR and guidelines. 6. Cost - That's affordable and great value for money. You can customize your package according your company size and your needs. Cons I was thinking a lot about what to write on this section because I’m very pleased with this software. Although I could find something, once you create a new data subject type on Data Mapping section, you can’t modify it, for example if you misspelled it. Manager Information Technology and Services Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Good software, easy to navigate" March 4, 2020 5.0 As a business we knew little about the new GDPR regulations that had been reviewed, it was a little daunting as a business to take on board these changes, in house training was carried out but how we were going manage this going forward was a challenge, we discovered GDPR365 which took some of thos challenges away, everything was in one piece of software which allowed us not only to implement GDPR effectively it allows us a business to manage GDPR going forward, good communications in terms of updates straight into your inbox. Pros I like the navigation of the software it is user friendly and assigning tasks is really straight forward, it has the main dashboard which you can customise to suit your business or the main tasks you are focusing on at the time, reminders are effective for tasks that are due. Having a software tool take care of and guide us, has made the process much more bearable. Pros The Data mapping easily stands out as the top feature. Not only is it important to understand your data in your business for compliance purposes, but from a business systems point of view its invaluable.
