I believe that big sharks in this space will live to see Segmate grow faster than what some of them would have wanted to, because it is absolutely easy to operate the software and the entry barrier is a totalno brainer for entrepreneurs who are looking to scale their businesses by helping other business owners scale theirs.

Pros

What I loved the most was the ease of use and the automations you can do. Another plus is the visual of the whole platform, you don't need to figure anything out because it's all well laid out for you.

Cons

Well, as a startup yet, some things are not finished, but they are on the roadmap, so the future looks promising.

Love the training and \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] is easy to understand. Customer support has been wonderful as well.

Pros

Easy to use once you get the hang of it. videos are very detailed if you get the courses. Customer support is active and helps solve problems usally under 24 hrs

Cons

Videos are old on some of the training so screens not the same meetings only once a month

At first it didn’t make sense but it coming together now that I review the video over and over and saw what I was missing

Pros

I can have as many fan page in Facebook and how not to be a spammer given the client a way to unsubscribes and subscribe when they want to

Cons

That the Segmate app didn’t look exactly like my and about Facebook making changes . More webinar would help me a whole lot more

Just installed it to use for my agency and so far I have really liked working with it. The tutorials are a wonderful feature and I have heard nothing but good things in the agency world about SegMate as well.

Pros

It has many tutorials and feels reliable!

Cons

The visuals and graphics seem just a touch outdated for some reason, even though the overall product is not.

I am very happy with SegmateApp. Within a few months, after utilizing all the training I have automated my eight businesses. Now, my response time to my current clients has improved. I am confident I will create loyal clients with all my clients. I can now focus my extra time on family and friends. I am happy. Thank you.

Pros

What I liked most about the software is with the engagement tools I can drag and drop to easily create amazing conversational chatbots quickly and fun.

Cons

What I like least about this software is there is no undo button.

It's helped me get started in the exciting new sphere of Messenger Marketing and has opened my mind to the possibilities, there's a growing community feel and the support is both personal and high-quality, I'm very glad I chose their service.

Pros

Ease of use, helped by a very extensive tutorial training series, which covers in detail all the features SegMate offers. Support is also fast and helpful. They're constantly developing the software and keep you updated about any Facebook changes, or issues. The interface is clean and easy to navigate/understand and the software works as expected and I've never come across a bug. It also offers great value and I'm sure will be one of the cornerstones of my marketing business into 2019 and beyond. Highly recommended!

Cons

Lacks a couple features that it's competitors have but they're developing it to being just as good soon but at better value.

Not good. Unrealistic pricing with what it has to offer.

Pros

Is a FB messenger bot that collects subscribers for your marketing intent.

Cons

I honestly felt it's still beta though they launched it as a matured product. Pales in comparison with ManyChat.
