Pros What I loved the most was the ease of use and the automations you can do. Another plus is the visual of the whole platform, you don't need to figure anything out because it's all well laid out for you. Cons Well, as a startup yet, some things are not finished, but they are on the roadmap, so the future looks promising. Pros Ease of use, helped by a very extensive tutorial training series, which covers in detail all the features SegMate offers. Support is also fast and helpful. They're constantly developing the software and keep you updated about any Facebook changes, or issues. The interface is clean and easy to navigate/understand and the software works as expected and I've never come across a bug. It also offers great value and I'm sure will be one of the cornerstones of my marketing business into 2019 and beyond. Highly recommended! Cons Lacks a couple features that it's competitors have but they're developing it to being just as good soon but at better value.
