We now have a system that everyone can use, it tracks deficencies, and we ont have to worry about losing the records. Pros The program can be made to fit the needs of individual departments. Customer service was great and \[sensitive content hidden\] worked with us every step of the way and was very responsive when asked if wec could add this or change this to fit our needs. After building the checks in the program it runs smoothly and notifiys the correct people of any deficiceny. Cons Building all the checks was simple enough but time consuming to do. If you are making detailed checks then you have to imput each of those items and decide how you want them checked. Once they are built and saved they are easily edited. Cons There have been a few issues with glitches. Some we are able to resolve and one that we have not when it comes to the emails. Our inventory tracking went from basic spreadsheets and paper Just the customer service and support is unbelievable. I honestly can say there is not another company that comes close to being able to do what Emergency Logs can do. Pros I have worked with a lot of software programs and there is no other program that is customizable like Emergency Logs. The program was developed by a retired Fire Captain and so he understands the needs of Fire and EMS Departments and also that each department is different. Customer Support is always available and any time I have needed a new portal, or a new element or data set within one of the portals one phone call or email to the team at Emergency Logs and they take care of it. Emergency Logs has given us the inventory management and tracking that we were never able to find in any other software program. The software is easy to learn and the customer support team is always available for training. As the coordinator for all of the supplies and medications that go through our ten stations, I needed a program that I could have work the way I needed it to work and Denny and his team at Emergency Logs has given that to me. Cons Nothing. I had support for the day we rolled out the software program and the support is ongoing. Anything I wanted changed, was changed because the program is customizable for each agency. September 21, 2026 5.0 Overall Emergency Logs is a great software to use. Its UI is easy to navigate and customize, and its load times are generally fast. The support team consistently makes the experience better and easier to use. Pros The team at Emergency Logs is extremely responsive and helpful. When an issue comes up, they are quick to correct it. If I have a suggestion for a new feature or a piece of feedback, they are receptive and ready to implement new ideas. On top of this, the team is friendly and cordial, and has it has made managing inventory much easier and more enjoyable in my experience. Also, the UI is relatively simple and intuitive to work your way through. This is nice especially when having to both manage large inventory catalogs and train new people in that same system. Cons Like any software, there are occasional bugs. However, when I do bring up an issue, the support team responds very quickly (at least within a day, but often within the hour). They have been able to solve all the issues we've brought up to them, and they often implement new or better features in addition to solving the problem. Customer service has been stellar and better than any product out there.... Works great for smaller agencies as well due to the costing... very affordable. Changes are done to my application since it is not a SAS or cloud solution. I don't have to vote and wait for desired changes to be implemented. There are done quickly..... Great company to work with and cares about pushing out a great product. Pros Customer support is huge!!! Configurations changes provided when needed and in a timely manner... even if it is a 24-hour turnaround due to specialty events. Team listens to our business requirements and implements the changes. Ease of use... no training downtime. Personnel appreciates its value and timesavers from using logbooks to app based tools. Cons None that I can think of regarding this product. Pros PharmLogs has made controlled drug accountability a breeze. The ability to checkout, log administration, and restock all from iOS and Android software makes the system easy for everybody to use. The user friendly technology allows users to check several functions at the touch of their finger, with immediate feedback. Cons What I like least about PharmLogs is that this box is making my type something worth 40 characters. Done. Pros Of greatest impact is our ability to track each individual vial, while they are assigned to each medic unit’s kit. We can search by unit, to confirm what should be where, when it may expire or when it was used and when that kit was restocked, and by who. Cons The vendor is extremely receptive to input and we’ve found Pharmlogs to be as configurable as we can think to make it. April 20, 2022 5.0 As a paramedic, it is very important that we are able to track the location and use of controlled narcotics given in the field and document personnel in charge of administrating it. It is pertinent for professional and legal documentation. Being able to use this software to document and track restock of medications is also great. This program and app is user friendly and allows us to keep up with new technology standards as it pertains to electronic documentation and tracking. Pros Easy to navigate. This software helps keep track of very important information in my line of work. It helps keep track and inventory of controlled narcotic location and use in the field, it assists us during our weekly medical inventory and supply check outs, and it is also able to be used to do more specific tracking to include emergency vehicle routine check out and repair logs. Cons Anytime an issue or questions arise, administrative personnel are always willing to make the changes needed to make our job and use of software user friendly according to our specific need. Customization based on our needs. Developers willingness to listen and try and see what works for you and what doesn't, which is crucial in making it work for you and your staff. Best of all NO MORE PAPER!!!! Cons I usually get calls about drug administration and drug restock. It is probably just a training issue on my side so I don't yet fault the software. Like I said, \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] is awesome and so willing to help with any CONS that you have so you end up with all PROs!! And an option to fax a request direct to the pharmacy would be cool!!
