The communication with the customer support was excellent with very quick response times. We needed to set monthly limits for different leave types and they were quick to help us set up this feature in a matter of days. If you need to manage your leaves inside Slack, I absolutely recommend Spock. Pros We really like how easy it is to use, it works great in Slack. The notifications that team members receive are especially useful, and the reporting for managers is great as well. There's also a web dashboard with a summary of registered leaves and a calendar which you can subscribe to (on Google Calendar for example). It's really easy to set up custom attendance policies in the dashboard, and you can also customize monthly limits and allowances. Cons We found no issues so far. It was great when we were just 15-20 ppl. Till know Spock did everything what we needed. Simple to use and good integration with Slack. Perfect reports. Cons Management of notifications could have more options.
