Ayuda a realizar un seguimiento de las noticias y opiniones sobre turismo, permitiendo analizar las tendencias y temas de actualidad en diferentes idiomas. Así mismo permite evaluar la tonalidad o sentimiento de las menciones, ya sean positivas, negativas o neutrales.

Pros

La interfaz es intuitiva y fácil de configurar y los cuadros de mando son muy prácticos, permitiendo la descarga de la información. La atención al cliente y seguimiento son excelentes y gracias a su seguimiento y apoyo logras sacar el máximo beneficio a la herramienta.

Cons

Los resultados dependen de los filtros y palabras clave introducidas, siendo necesario realizar un proceso de aprendizaje y prueba-error hasta ajustar los resultados, puesto que el volumen puede ser abrumador.

Muy buena, creo que trabajan a diario para mejorar la herramienta y eso es algo que se aprecia como usuario.

Pros

Al principio fue complicado entender la iconografía de la plataforma, pero una vez asimilada es fácil de usar. El apoyo y acompañamiento del departamento de atención al cliente es clave para todo el proceso de uso de la herramienta y la verdad que es lo que más valoro de todo el servicio, pues siempre están ahí para resolver cualquier situación y son de gran ayuda.

Cons

Hay algunos datos que son complicados de modificar en los informes. Por ejemplo, la nube de palabras clave o hashtags es difícil de modificar y a veces en seguimientos largos, acaban apareciendo cosas que no deberían. Tampoco me gusta que los informes tengan limitación de páginas pues a veces me he quedado corta y he tenido que readaptar el informe para que entrara todo en el espacio asignado. Además, algunas cajas de los informes no se adaptan del todo bien y aparecen con los datos recortados o con las imágenes del siguiente impacto.
