Very good cooperation with the team, Wezzmo helps us to improve the customer user experience at the branches.

Pros

Very good experience ,software is friendly and easy to use, quick implementation, good cooperation with McD Israel needs.

Cons

Integration in API for marketing content approvals with our order app is missing. A solution has not yet been found.

Weezmo gives us amazing insights about the buying behavior of our customers in takeaway restaurants. The platform provides a variety of tools to engage with customers and grow repeat customer visits in both, our takeaway restaurants and digital channels.

Pros

Before using Weezmo we only had information from digital channels and Weezmo completed the picture, capturing data from the POS in our restaurants. Weezmo helped us grow sales in many ways: We use the digital receipts to promote new offers and also the audience builder to target our customers with the most relevant online ads. We build audiences for Facebook and Google, based on the products consumed (e.g. vegan Pizza), the restaurants visited or if they are at risk of churn. Our campaigns then include messages and promotions that are most relevant for these audiences. We also perform regularly surveys with our customers, but the response rate in takeaway restaurants was always low. We use the digital receipt to collect responses, which allowed us specifically to increase the response rate from customers in takeaway restaurants.

Cons

The Weezmo team is always there to help when we need it.

Pros

Weezmo solves many challenges with a very elegant solutions. It's sustainable by design, it connect online and offline, it create first party data, and begins direct conversations with consumers. all of this, in a very easy to use platform, that can be activated with a few lines of code from anywhere in the world.

Cons

I would improve the receipt editor, and update the UI

We were looking to quantify the impact of our online ads on our physical stores. With Weezmo, we can connect our online campaigns with sales data from our physical and online stores. It turned out, that the real ROI of our online campaigns was much higher than what we thought initially, because many of our customers see the ads online and then visit our stores to see the products and complete the purchase.

Pros

\- The Offline Attribution module provides an accurate ROI measurement for all our online campaigns (including the revenue generated in-store and online by each of our ads) - Customers sign up to our mailing list via Weezmo's digital receipt. Today our mailing list includes much more customers from physical stores and not only from the online store. - We are printing much less paper receipts since we use Weezmo.

Cons

None. The software is very easy to use.
