The portfolio of features comes along with plenty of possibilities to book and combine a bundle of services. The personal contact is always helpful and maybe even the killer-feature of working with Enginsight. Pros Enginsight allows a significant reduction of manual administration effort for IT-landscapes by offering e.g. automatic detection and classification of various devices, standard health checks, anomaly detection by neural network, automated visualization of your IT-landscape including dependencies, automated pen-testing and non-manual problem solving by delivering plugin-based fixes or auto-updates. In addition to the wide range of features, the customer-based sales process is worth to mention. We enjoyed an inhouse-presentation of the solution and the direct contact to a determined contact person. A further advantage is the high flexibility if the price model. It is possible to book a self-defined amount of the so-called Endpoints (IoT- or IP-devices, hosts etc.) and combine it with a preferred support package (basic, premium, professional). Cons It is hardly possible to understand the whole range of all features in the first step without attending a demonstration of the solution. This disadvantage is compensated by the personal contact and the high motivation of the sales team, optimizing the customers’ experience. Small company that has an open ear for their customers problems. Very transparent pricing, no hidden or additional costs. Once you get to know all the tools Enginsight offers its actually quite cheap. Thanks again for your support. Pros Great german hosted security and asset management solution. Provides standard health checks to all of your assets and deeper insights on the assets of your choice. Helps you a lot by categorizing risk levels on every asset and has a nice dashboard to give you a quick overview on your landscape. Love the visualization tool. Automated pentesting is great and comes without additional charge. API´s to work with their AI also outside of their system. Website and endpoint monitoring includes EU-GDPR check CVSS-scores, portscan, docker container scan. New features are updated regularly. They took the most important security, monitoring and management features and combined them into on solution. Cons The software is a bit overwhelming at the beginning, took us some time to get used to and discover all the tools we can use. Support helped us a lot. They could advertise the new features that come with the updates a bit stronger. Got better over the last months.
