### "Best platform to develop digital products"

The main problem is communications between customers, product and project managers and our development team. Before implementation we had to use different systems for each team, make use a lot of email and messengers, constantly loosing track of tasks and documents. Eller helped us to move to single platform and to keep track of all tasks and finance, we improved our discipline and customer satisfaction.

Pros

The Eller has almost unique blend of task manager, instant messenger and powerful project management and Service desk functionality. We can have our development process in the same system without need to switch between different non-integrated applications. The user interface is also brilliant, it's very fast, lightweight and intuitive. Eller is a highly customisable platform, we have setup all our processes and customised forms to capture required data.

Cons

The software is quite expensive, but affordable comparing to competitors.

Cons

Reporting could by better or some connectors to PowerBI or Excel would be great.

### "Good tool for end-to-end process"

Testing and operation team is using it daily and are satisfy with usage. For new users it is taking significant time to get to daily routine workflow

Pros

Easy processes once setuped, possible integration to many other tools

Cons

Design and clear user journeys for not daily-used users is not easy. Configuration for non-tech advanced people is hard to achieve. Not enough detailed documentation

### "Fast deployment and customization."

We use and implement conclusion for more then 6 years. Conclusion was wervy flexiblem, usefull and integrated tool from very begining but most interesting thing is continual improvement, new modules, new featues, rich and easier configuration.

Pros

Initial installation can be deployed and configured in hours. Users/Admins are able to customize and even develop new functionalities within hours or few days.

Cons

There are many features and possibilities of configuration which may in the beginning cause the product very complex and difficult to use. There is no single or general methodology implemented in the basic configuration and it requires someone who strictly defines the processes.

Conclusion is a large product with many interesting features. We like the simplicity of the technical deployment. Like any similar system, it brings with it difficulties with changes in user procedures, adaptation to product features, or the need to modify the product according to the needs of the organization. For us, the ability to customize and adapt to our needs is very interesting. This feature allows us to go both ways.

### "Conclusion is Cooperation"

Working with the people who created Conclusion is very inspiring and I enjoy it.

Pros

Conclusion is very user friendly, very fast (real time data updates) and its use is intuitive and simple. It is easily configurable. Objects can be connected easily and working with Lifecycles is great. The possibilities for collaboration are amazing.

Cons

Integration with business processes is not easy, because it was necessary to develop functionalities that conslusion did not have yet. So it was necessary to develop relatively many functionalities, or finish them off. But this is more a question of correct and clear specifications from the client's side.

### "Excellent tool for supporting all key IT processes"

We have been using the Conclusion for 4 years and gradually we implemented full scope of available modules and functions. The Conclusion helps us to be more efficient and productive and we saved investment about 20% (no needed any additional supporting applications) and operational costs about almost 30%  (due to supporting costs and license maintenance costs). We can plan and synchronize projects each other, supervise test progress and deployment on production. The Conclusion provide us with all needed data for decision making and control our IT environment effectively.

Pros

\- a comprehensive and compact IT management support tool - collaborative platform for business and IT staff - unique solution for business analysis preparation - effective sharing of all data for making decision - seamless integration of all modules - easy implementation and fast adoption

Cons

\- there are no major flaws or issues - be aware that all comprehensive solutions require a preparation and effort

Pros

Eller software is easy to use. Improved our communication with customers and partners as well as internal processes. The system greatly reduced email sending. It is very intuitive and easy to administrate the system. The system is modern.

Cons

At the moment, I can't remember any major system flaws. It probably means that I am satisfied with the system.

Pros

What surprised me the most was scalability and the speed of Eller application.

Cons

Well, what bothers me the most is disability of easily opening pages into new tab and missing friendly url. That would help me to work even faster and friendly URL would give me better understanding where I am (especially at the beginning of using the application)

IT-service support management, lifecycle management settings and customizations. IT-equipment service company processes automatization through entire lifecycle: asset, workforce management, customer support, reporting. Integration of Conclusion Platform with financial system (procurements and stock processes) and Billing system (providing by Customer).

Pros

Simple in understanding, using, integration and customizing working spaces. Easy to start. The new philosophy of project approach. Online data update. High performance. New approach in IT-architecture and data access.

Cons

The product is new developed. There is not much information on the Internet about it. We had to use vendor support during the project implementation

We are using the Conclusion for project management, software development, gitlab hook management, service interventions (car management) and service desk. I recommend to implement you processes one by one. The system is only that good as good was your preparation for configuration. Illogical decisions can lead to poor user experience. Just ask the support if you are not sure.

Pros

It is a very flexible and configurable system. You can configure it into almost every shape you like. Do you want to have a register of something with a life cycle, integration and automation? Put it into Conclusion.

Cons

It may be difficult to set up all processes initially.

Pros

It's really easy to manage and deploy new features. Totally user-friendly tool with a lot of functionalities

Cons

Till now we didn't find anything 'bad' or 'heavy' to manage. Everything is just perfect!

We currently use Conclusion to better manage requests from our clients related to a support of our software solutions. We have also run a proof of concept for demand management and project management modules. I believe that Conclusion is well positioned to solve the following business-IT problems: • Lack of governance around demand intake and prioritization • Inefficient IT delivery leading to business dissatisfaction • Inadequate capacity planning and utilization of resources • Inefficient requirements management

Pros

I see the biggest advantage of Conclusion in its ability to enable both business and IT users to collaborate more easily and efficiently. Moreover, the user interface is simply great and incredibly fast. Conclusion offers a bunch of functionality and ready to use processes in all crucial areas of business and IT collaboration such as a service desk, demand management, requirements management, project management, capacity planning or testing. This is an advantage especially when you do not have these processes supported by any tool. Even though you already use some commonly used tools Conclusion has built-in adapters. Last, but not least it is a highly configurable application which needs minimum hardware requirements. This makes its implementation faster and cheaper.

Cons

While some of the functional modules offer enough out-of-the-box functionality, there are several areas, e.g. program portfolio management or demand prioritization, that will likely require more customization when implemented in a larger enterprise.

### "All in one system"

Thanks to Conclusion , we were able to decommission five legacy systems.

Pros

System is designed with respect to real users and our experience. We can always discuss new requests and our needs. Vendor is ready to adopt our proposals into the product roadmap. New features regularly appear in the product.

Cons

Some configurations are still "half coding", nicer GUI would help.

It was easy to integrate the CRM system into our business processes. One of the most fascinating things is the tech support, which is more helpful than you can expect.

Pros

It's one of the most adjustable CRM system. The customization level helps to meet almost any business need. The other big plus is a relatively low threshold for administrators for maintain the system.

Cons

The documentation for developers and admins could be more comprehensive.
