Esse suporte faz muita diferença no dia a dia, pois a equipe é muito resolutiva na busca por soluções alternativas para processos que, inicialmente, não conseguimos realizar diretamente na plataforma. Pros A Bizneo foi um divisor de águas na nossa empresa. Antes da contratação, realizávamos grande parte dos processos de forma manual, utilizando planilhas e Google Forms. Com a plataforma, especialmente na área de recrutamento e seleção, conseguimos estruturar melhor os fluxos de trabalho e otimizar significativamente o tempo da equipe interna durante a condução dos processos. Outro ponto muito relevante é o acompanhamento da plataforma na parte da implantação e após implantação, equipe de CSM e suporte se destaca pela agilidade e pela cordialidade e disponibilidade para apoiar e solucionar dúvidas. Cons Entendemos que o nosso modelo de empresa foge um pouco do padrão do mercado. Embora esse modelo venha se expandindo cada vez mais no mundo, ele ainda é bastante diferenciado, o que acaba impactando diretamente nas funcionalidades das plataformas, especialmente em visualizações e relatórios. Antes de iniciarmos com a Bizneo, conversamos com diversas empresas e nenhuma delas era totalmente compatível com a forma como a Maestria se organiza. Prima adoperavamo molti processi manuali, c'era molta dispersione di informazioni e i tempi erano lunghi nella gestione. Oggi grazie a Bizneo abbiamo centralizzato completamente tutti i dati HR, generando un automazione costante delle attività ripetitive e abbiamo ottenuto un maggiore controllo e tracciabilità. A veces da algun fallo si se usa desde dispositivos moviles, pero los resuelven bastante rapido. Pros La facilidad con la que se pueden gestionar los tickets de gastos por lo facil de usar que es el programa. Respecto al fichaje de horas, que es super sencillo acceder y fichar. Y para solicitar ausencias, super intuitivo.
