Payfacile nous mets actuellement dans une situation très compliquée. Nous en étions satisfaits auparavant.

Working well, we had few bugs sometimes but it was ok. / Nous avons parfois des bugs inexpliqués mais Payfacile fonctionnait très bien.

Cons

We have no access to our reports since August 2024. No idea of our incomes for 2024. No news about how many time it will take to fix it. // Nous n'avons pas eu accès à nos exports de paiement depuis août 2024. Nous sommes actuellement dans une situation très compliquée, car nous n'avons pas pu établir notre bilan comptable 2024. Très difficile d'avoir des informations (il a fallu écrire des posts publiques), et toujours aucune idée du délai. Nous nous demandons si Payfacile n'est pas en train de fermer, et espérons avoir des réponses de leur part à travers ces commentaires.

Je n'aime rien, une galère pour obtenir des réponses des consultants. Mes fiches produits non visibles sur les moteurs Les frais de livraison pour les produits physiques impossibles à paramétrer donc je ne suis pas satisfaite

Très satisfait et recommande largement payfacile à tout ceux qui ne trouvent pas ce quils recherchent ailleurs

Pros

La possibilité de gérer mon travail comme je le souhaite, ne pas être totalement dépendant d'un système qui n'est pas évolutif et qui n'est pas adapté à mes besoins.. Avec paypal pour exemple je devais me soumettre à leur fonctionnement.. Avec Payfacile c'est eux qui s'adaptent à mes besoins ! Sans eux je n'aurais pas pu développer mon application et je n'aurais pas pu faire décoller mon entreprise.

Cons

Il serait peut-être intéréssant de proposer des nouvelles fonctions qui seraient financés de manières participativent par ceux qui souhaiteraient la développer. (Cagnotte)Peut-être plus d'infos concernant les API en cas de modifs

Payfacile m'a beaucoup aidé pour sécuriser le paiement de mes clients. Facile d'utilisation, équipe très réactive en cas de problème ou pour poser une simple question. Je recommande fortement Payfacile bien que j'ai eu des petits bugs mineurs dans les débuts, mais très vite corriger par le staff. Merci pour votre professionnalisme Payfacile !

Bugs mineurs et des facturation qui se sont faites 2 fois sur 4 clients il y'a 1an et demi.

Pros

Très facile à utiliser, un support client hyper réactif. J'utilise Payfacile depuis 2017 il me semble, et j'en suis pleinement satisfait. Pas besoin d'être un crack en web pour gérer les abonnements de mes clients, tout est automatisé.

Cons

En raison des frais de transaction, c'est un vrai budget qui est déduit de mon CA... C'est le seul bémol pour moi, mais je ne pense pas pour autant que le logiciel soit cher. Et l'impossibilité de faire des abonnements avec engagement, ce serait un vrai plus.

Plusieurs formules d'abonnement, dont une qui permet de payer seulement si l'on vend ! Prise de risque = 0 Top pour démarrer sa boutique en ligne, je recommande, après en avoir testé d'autres.

We have been using PayFacile for over 12 months now and extremely satisfied with the level of service that they offer. We live and work in France, dealing predominantly with English clients, but French also. The customer representative has always been very pro-active and quickly replied to correspondence, working to update any issues to create a better functioning experience for us (and the PayFacile system). It's very useful to be able to use English and French for the operating system and customer support. We have a large number of clients, so to use an automated card debiting system as an extremely useful way to cut down admin, definitely worth trying!

Pros

Great customer support in both English and French

Cons

Generally, there are no major complaints, any issues we have had have been resolved through communication with the customer representative or another staff member.
