Cons The user interface could be developed in a better direction. The reason is that its quite simple to integrate and once you have the system learned, its easy to customize to your needs, even if they are not explicitly what the software targets. Pros Shared data across all the marketing platforms made this product well worth the purchase. In short, the ability to access the database across landing pages, CEM, PR, Mailer, and Webinar saves time and allows for management by smaller teams. Cons The auto-subscribe feature is too complicated and the ability to create our own templates would be nice. Essentially, it makes it difficult to create your own unique emails each time without having to pay a fee to the vendor. It fullfills its mission. Pros LianaMailer is very easy to use; it does not need that much training but the application directs to use. The structure and ready building blocks helps to create newsletters very quickly. Sending the letters is also quity easliy done and the follow up with teh reporting is good enough. Cons It is not possible to copy the contenct from one group to another but you have to create them separately in each section. That is frustrating while the content is often very similar in different sections. Editing the text does not always go very smoothly and that couses annoyance. Sometimes you wish for a little more advanced tools and methods. Reason for choosing LianaMailer The price-quality ratio, ease of use and the features of the application were the main points when making the decision. Pros I can make newsletters for different segments using the same template. Cons I am not able to fully control the newsletter program, I have to ask the service provider for new templates, if I want to change something. I have never had any problems in using it and I am positive that if any errors would ever occur, the wonderful LianaHK team would be there for us to solve the problem. Cons Nothing missing. The program has all the features that we need. Branding tools (visuals) are flexible and versatile, which I like especially. GDPR safe, which is nice. Can be integrated with Salesforce, which is a bonus.
