Brand Marketing Leader ### "Flexible Segmentation with Consistent, On-Brand Messaging" November 6, 2026 4.5 I use it as a point of contact with the brand, not just as a simple signature, because what matters to me is how the brand is perceived. It helps solve many of the common challenges that any growing brand faces. Pros I like that it lets me segment messages by team, region, language, or business unit, since I can’t send the same message to every market. On top of that, being able to segment content without sacrificing visual consistency is excellent—something I especially appreciate after working in large companies. Cons Overall, everything is fine. It's difficult to update across many users. It's not scalable and it's inconsistent. Exclaimer solves all of that. It's also a SOC-compliant vendor, which helps our own GRC processes. Pros It's set up and forget. Just configure the right access groups, the signature design, and then you don't have to do much in terms of maintenance if you have directory sync enabled. The interface is easy to work with and after you set up your integrations you can sync on demand if you need changes to be applied immediately. I was able to work with the onboarding team during setup. While we had some issues getting the platform integrated with our Office 365, we were able to work through that in the end with their assistance. Cons I would like the directory sync to happen a bit more frequently than every 12 hours but that is a minor issue. Other than that I don't have complaints as the signature builder is intuitive. The signature tester is a very helpful feature to determine whether the changes that you are making work as you expect them to. Review Source Kate G. However, now I have complete brand control over our emails and can be certain they are fully compliant with our company guidelines. We also have a monthly offers flyer we used to attach through a third-party app called "bells and whistles" but now I am experimenting with the headline feature to make this much easier and up to date with our marketing/sales strategy. Pros It's so easy to use and quick to make changes to our company signatures. Being able to just change banners and hyperlinks in minutes has freed up a lot of what was menial task time. I like that it seamlessly links with our Outlook mailing and from a pricing perspective delivers a lot for the subscription fee. Cons I currently don't have any real wants from Exclaimer. I think it is covering all the facets I need from a signature management software. Perhaps being able to edit user info can be a little tricky to remember how to find the place to do it. Pros The customer support and account team stood out. Cristina from Customer Service was professional, responsive and genuinely helpful throughout our enterprise renewal for a 1,500-user customer. She took the time to investigate the subscription properly, clarified the correct renewal date, and when we explained the customer’s official procurement requirements, she reconsidered the case and provided a quote quickly, with clear instructions on the next steps. Exclaimer itself is a well-established, centrally managed email signature solution for Office 365 that large enterprises rely on. Cons The reseller change process is quite strict on timing: the channel transfer must be completed before the renewal date, which can be challenging when government or enterprise customers run formal procurement close to renewal. Clearer guidance for partners on these rules earlier in the process would help. Pros The software enables safe integration within the Microsoft 365 eco system. Our clients when using Microsoft 365 need to use services where we know where the data is hosted, we know the credentials of the supplier and there is a history with planned pipeline of additional features which drive reseller sales. Cons The software has very few floors. Development is required to centralize support for partners and resellers to get the best out of management of the service. It does what we need it to do and makes managing company-wide email signatures straightforward. We recently worked with Yin Wai Yeung on our renewal and our move from our legacy plan to the Standard plan. Yin was helpful throughout, answered our questions clearly and made the renewal and upgrade process simple. We also agreed on a renewal price that worked for us, which we appreciated. Pros Exclaimer makes it easy to centrally manage email signatures across our organisation and keep everything consistent with our branding. Once everything is set up, it requires very little to no day-to-day management and changes can be rolled out quickly across all users. The support has also been very helpful when we’ve needed it. Cons The subscription price has increased each year, so the ongoing cost is probably the main downside for us. It would be good to see more competitive pricing or loyalty discounts for long-standing customers. Another issue is that our company logo isn't as high-quality as we'd like. Cons We have multiple locations and need location information displayed correctly for our users. For some reason we had a minor issue of having to re-create a signature group. We weren't clear if it was something on our end, the O365 connector or the Exclaimer Signature group but with Exclaimer quick help we were able to resolve the issue.
