Our experience has been positive. Pros The Pinnakl team has shown expertise in their field, they are always available for support, and they are constantly adding new features to their platform. Pinnakl’s process to send trade files daily has made our firm more efficient. Cons No negative: whenever we bring enhancements / requests to their attention, they are quick to respond and create customized solutions. One of the smartest software creators I've dealt with in my career. One of the few people on the IT side of the business that not only understands the IT aspect of the business but also understands how the business works. HIs firm has one of the best reconciliation tools and OMS I've seen and has been helpful in all areas relating to our business. They've really served as a one stop shop software solution, which makes our life easier, and allows us to focus on our business. Pros OMS, PMS, Reconciliation tool, CRM and generally the approach to improvement and helping meet their clients needs. They are constantly working on new tools, but they do a great job of prioritizing client needs and working to develop new functionality as you need it. In addition they're very helpful on special projects as may be required by specific investors, and other analytical tools required by managers. Essentially get a full IT department with this relationship. Cons As this was a true start up when we started with them 4 years ago we have worked together developing many of the processes with them. Pinnakl was quite responsive through this process in addressing needs as they arouse, so it wasn't really an issue.
