## What is ClickCompliance ?

ClickCompliance is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) that automates companies' Compliance processes, reaching all of the companies' stakeholders (employees, suppliers, representatives, resellers, etc.). It's structure is responsive on any mobile device. The software has 4 modules: Document Governance, Compliance Training, a Compliance Bot and a Whistleblower Platform. They all collect data and create reports visible on the user friendly administrator dashboard.

A experiência é ótima! É uma ferramenta rica que reúne diversos recursos fáceis de manusear, com um layout intuitivo. Estou gostando demais e os demais colegas de trabalham estão utilizando sem nenhum tipo de dificuldade.

Pros

O que mais gosto na ClickCompliance é a variedade de funcões que esta ferramenta tem! No ínicio da implementação, eu acreditava que a ferramenta se limitaria ao controle de políticas e normas internas, mas não: ela também pode ser utilizada para capacitação e treinamento corporativo, controle de tarefas, respositório de documentos e muito mais!

Cons

É dificil apontar algo que eu não tenha gostado na ClickCompliance, mas acredito que talvez ela possa melhorar um pouco mais a sua integração com outras ferramentas. Nada além disso.

O ClickCompliance foi uma ótima aquisição da Companhia, ajudou muito o meu trabalho. Além de mitigar riscos operacionais que a atividade manual, naturalmente, está exposta.

O módulo Regulatório, que permitiu maior transparência e controle sobre o atendimento à agenda regulatória.

Cons

O módulo de documentos precisa de melhorias, como a possibilidade de anexar arquivos em formato .word e a alteração em um fluxo de aprovação, enquanto um documento está na esteira de aprovação.

O ClickCompliance, aqui na Essor, é um divisor de águas! Hoje a "estrela" é o calendário regulatório que nos permite relacionar obrigações, prazos, fontes, estabelecer prazos e ainda armazenar todos os documentos e evidências referentes ao processo.

Pros

O CC tem uma interface amigável e tem um preço MUITO competitivo. Ele é sem dúvida, uma solução de ótimo custo benefício para controle de atividades relacionadas à Compliance.

Cons

No momento, entendo que são necessárias melhorias no fluxo de aprovação de documentos. Um estrutura mais flexível de alterações e comentários em tipos diferentes de arquivos, que não o nativo formulário da ferramenta pode ajudar bastante.

O sistema atende integralmente as necessidades da gestão de normativos da Entidade, as melhorias que podem ser implementadas seriam apenas referentes ao aperfeiçoamento. A equipe de suporte do sistema sempre deu total apoio, analisando e implemntando as sugestões de melhorias realizadas.

Facilidade para amnutenção da ferramenta, sistema amigável e lógico. Possui os controles necessários para gestão dos normativos da Empresa.

Cons

A download de documentos poderia ser realizado em grupos para encaminhamento as auditorias que a empresa sofre.

Estamos em fase de implementação. O software parece atender as necessidades, porém estamos atrasados em relação a implementação. O sistema foi entregue mas alguns recursos importantes ainda não estão funcionando.

Os dashboards para monitoramento e a possibilidade de notificações mesmo quando o usuário não se identifica.

O processo de apuração não é prático. O acesso a apuração é dificultado.

Sou muito grata ao Time do Suporte e atendimento ao Cliente, sempre conectados. Garanto que a experiência que vivenciamos serviu para ambas as partes e a recomendação do software a cadeia de clientes e amigos.

Pros

Estou responsável pela Gestão do Canal de Denuncia, internamente denominado CANAL Etica, muito fácil o manuseio, desde o acesso a utilização interna e externa. Localizar o conteúdo dos Relatos e identifica-los durante a gestão das entrevistas internas, os Relatórios e dashbords e uma tarefa fácil. Outros Softwares além de mais complexos visualmente, não numeram os relatos, atribuem códigos o que dificulta muito as tratativas das investigações internas. Outro ponto e a exibição de forma didática os indicativos na tela de entrada, são uteis nas Reuniões do Comitê de Etica.

Cons

Sou fã, não vejo ponto negativo. Na fase inicial de adaptação talvez mas foi superada com auxilio do Suporte.

Enquanto usuário não tive nenhuma dificuldade e acredito que ninguém da empresa a terá. Já enquanto administrador, vejo que a usabilidade poderia ser maior.

A parte de documentos e treinamentos é bem completa e atende diversos tamanhos de empresas.

Cons

A parte regulatória e de formulários poderia ter mais funcionalidades. Acredito que o ClickCompliance tem potencial para atingir um sistema interno de qualquer empresa com novas funções.
