Very easy to use, very user friendly. Captures an image of the package you are scanning in for later reference if you have a lot of packages on hand. Allows for a large number of users and recipients.

Cons

Does not sync well between all users' devices and will show radically different numbers. No easy way to do any sort of package audit if you have packages in the system that were picked up but not scanned out of the app.

An excellent all-around mailroom parcel logging solution that I can highly recommend to any business. Customer support is extremely responsive, friendly and helpful.

Pros

Everything we needed to step away from manual parcel logging we found in Parcel Tracker. It has all features that small or large mailrooms may require - detailed parcel logs, signature collection at check-out, automated notifications by SMS or email. The app is highly customizable and the developers are constantly working to improve it. The interface is intuitive and easy to use and navigate. It also helps to have both desktop version and an iOS/Android app. The price is reasonable for an enterprise, and for a small mailroom the free version is sufficient.

Cons

There are a few minor UI bugs and some helpful fields/features are currently missing. The phone/tablet app was glitchy at first and didn't sync properly, but that was fixed. It would be great to be able to assign more than one email per notification, hopefully that gets added in the future. In general, the developers listen to the issues and are highly interested in making the product better with future updates.

Pros

Great app for going digital, especially in residential settings. Prior to Parcel, our tracking system for senior residents involved manually logging items in and out of a binder, which had its own pros and cons. Parcel allows us to better track packages, especially in situations where staff, residents, or couriers cannot provide clear answers. The web browser interface is fantastic for visual learners—you can create customized views to filter what is and isn’t needed.

Cons

Images do not always upload after submitting. It would be helpful if the app automatically prompted a photo instead of requiring the extra step to select “take a photo.” Logged items also do not always sync across different users and devices.

We used to track our packages on an Excel spreadsheet (just for our dept.) which didn't help if the package was delivered to an incorrect dept. Now that we use Parcel Tracker anywhere the package is it has been scanned/logged so we can find them quickly and easily.

Pros

Able to log both incoming and outgoing mail, ability to add notes regarding the contents of the package, able to download as a CSV file and automated emails to each affected employee.

Cons

Application cannot be used when WiFi is down, which causes a delay in tracking the packages correctly.

It's a great app, easy to use, sometimes simple is the best! But the product support i have found to be excellent, the response from a real human was really quick and was nice to know they had further support available to them quickly as well. the problem i mentioned in the "cons" box was resolved within 20 minutes

ease of use, once set up it's a very simple tool to use, there are also links to youtube video guides for all the features that are simple straight to the point and not time wasting at all.

Cons

The most outstanding feature is the ability to have photographic evidence of receipt. Streamlining this with mobile phone compatibility results in a brilliant method to track large inbound shipments efficiently while also solving for the issue of package accountability once an item leaves the mailroom's possession

Cons

There are no cons that should dissuade interest. I might only make suggestions for quality-of-life items like reporting customization and package import functionalities.

Pros

This app is very easy to use and helps our team save time in package processing. The app's design also reduces the chance of packages being misdelivered.

Cons

1\. Not all scan photo images are stored in the system. Hopefully, this issue can be resolved. 2. The system easily misidentifies the numbers 5, 6, 8, and 9, especially small wording on labels. 3. If a resident picks up multiple packages, different QR codes need to be scanned, and we need time to match the QR codes with the packages. Any improvements would be greatly appreciated.

It's an intuitive and well-organised system with many possibilities. Registering packages via mobile is easy, and picking up packages makes us feel like we have control.

Cons

There are no particular downsides to mention. It took a little time to set up exactly as we wanted, but with good help from support, it worked out. Good training is also essential, which we experienced.

Really good app to use, easy to train staff with. Less likely of losing parcels on site. So easy for the residents to show a QR code and scan to locate the parcel.

Pros

The digital log of each parcel for residents is really useful, knowing if we still have a parcel or the resident has collected it is a great feature especially when we are queried about them. It's really simple to use and fast compared to our old process.

Cons

We had a bulk upload of main residents which is great, although when we have one off short stays it can be a little bit annoying as these residents won't be on the system and we would only know by human knowledge (only criticism).

The product is very simple however, has solved a big issue for us in handling 100's of parcels in a week. The tech support has been excellent - a process made simple - would definitely recommend!

Pros

Very user friendly. Parcel Tracker has increased productivity as teams are not spending time processing parcels in the same way. The software has made the process much smoother for our students to collect parcels as they are instantly notified of how many parcels they have in reception with a full log. Great product!

Cannot fault the product as it has made our life easier.

\- really useful to scan in large amounts of post- swift, accurate & organised- great photo facility to differentiate between different items

Cons

\- would love it if you could amend the notifcation email as it always says "parcel" even if it is a letter- sometimes causes confusion - synching between multiple mobile devices/system is sometimes slow causing glitches in data

Pros

The support team at Parcel Tracker are some of the most helpful people I've interacted with especially when relying on their product on a daily basis. The team helped me and guided me through their honestly very streamlined setup process to make sure I was happy and then whenever I have questions about features they are there to help (which are very few tbh).

Cons

tbh there's not many cons about the software. it's very straight forwards to use and the teams doing a great job of rolling out and communicating new features

Pros

Being able to automatically scan parcels, instead of having to individually write out each parcel that was delivered has made such a positive impact - it has made it a lot more efficient and less time consuming when having to deal with parcels. The integration process was incredibly easy, after create a list of names, rooms and email address, just being able to import it all in was very easy.

Cons

We have had a couple of issues in which an email hadn't been sent out to the recipient, or the parcel wasn't scanning at all, but there was always a work around for this.

Easy to use, if you are training someone it will literally take you 10 mins for them to understand what they are doing.

Cons

Not always updated with info. People will come to collect 3 parcels some they have already collected by phone hasn't updated to show.
