Quality Manager Pharmaceuticals Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Improve employee productivity and enable remote working" February 8, 2022 5.0 Pros Asset Controller combines a number of functions to streamline what were previously very manual tasks. By combining critical documentation into one master database it facilitates collaboration between key stakeholders and allows for remote working. We have come to rely on the software and have benefited from the many efficiencies it has presented. We have seen improvements in KPI's such as, turnaround times, Non-conformances, repeat customers which has directly fed into the success and profitability of the business. Cons Customisable notifications could be useful, this would let team members know when they had been assigned a task. Review Source SP Sasha P. The reporting feature works for me and I like that I can extract the data to excel and compare details. Pros I really like the accountability of each stage of the system, and how you can track any asset from start to finish, even look back at it months later. Cons Not found anything as yet. All features have a purpose and add to our analyitics allowing us to better understand the growth within the business as well as ares that require more attention. Cons \- The height of rows can be changed on the overview window but cannot seem to do this on a different window. - The filters ont he calendar (resources/appointment search) are not available when the window is minimised. January 20, 2022 5.0 I am very happy with Asset Control and look forward to using it for many more years to come. Pros Asset Control is the main stay of our daily processes in our business. We use it to "check in" products and "check out" products to generating certificates to controlling stock level. You ca also make notes along side each Asset in the system and at any point go back to these notes even years later. It is very user friendly and you can customize each screen to suit your needs. There is also a section to see your performance over the year, this can also be customized. Any training that is required can be put on to Asset Control and them monitored to see who has completed. Overall Asset Control is an excellent product and one I would highly recommend. Cons There are no cons with Asset Control that I can see. Review Source MD Michael D. Makes service of products much easier to track and manage. Cons None at all!! Cant find any faults witht eh software. Any reported faults are usually resolved within sofwtare updates. Customer service is extremely helpful answering all my questions, desired features were added upon request and guidance was provided throughout the entire process. Asset controller has helped us consolidate all of our old tracking systems and applications into one bit of software that is easy to use company wide. Pros Automation of calibration certificates, calibration labels, service reports, service reminders, shipping notifications etc. Asset controller will help us keep clients informed and also track client assets to ensure they stay compliment in terms of calibration. Asset controller eliminates a lot of human error and provides a full audit trail. Custom user permissions ensure that documentation approval / review is only possible to employees with correct training. Cons A particular aspect of our calibration certificate had more information than what was currently available to be edited (at the time). However in less than 24 hours more custom fields were added to suit our needs. The asset controller customer service is 10/10. Review Source JK Joe K. Historical notes assigned to assets helps to refresh your memory of tasks completed on your repeat business. The calendar feature makes scheduling simple and effective. January 24, 2022 5.0 Great - I don't use it as much as my colleagues but when I have done, I've been very impressed. Pros It allows me to check the status of an order, see stock levels and will notify me when a customer requires re-calibration. The documentation required for our audit trails and quality can also be saved to each asset so nothing is lost. Cons You have to manually click to sync the inputted data - an auto sync feature would be useful.
