Founder Sports Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "Simply excellent " February 12, 2021 5.0 TillyPay has allowed me to expand to more countries as I can now process payments in a wide variety of currencies with ease. TillyPay is not only cheaper than other options but it is also easier to use and faster (so frees up my time for other work). Pros TillyPay is easy to use, and does the job perfectly. It is easy to accept payments, either via subscription or one-off, and has all the features I need, without any extra frills. I highly recommend TillyPay! Cons A few minor improvements might be; - A notification system for key triggers; such as when a subscription payment is missed / does not go though or when a user sets up / cancels their subscription. - I think the graph on the overview page shows number of payments(?). I'd love the option to have this display transaction value or number of payments. (but there is nothing I "least like", just some extra bits that would be cool.) Director Management Consulting Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "An easy no-code solution for payment processing" February 11, 2021 5.0 I have saved money as there is no monthly fee and the markup over stripe fees is low. I also have found \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] to be very responsive and helpful with any support issues. Pros I have used several systems to assist with CC billing before, as I have always found creating manual invoices through stripe to be a complete pain. Tilly pay has been very helpful creating an easy solution for both one-off and recurring billing in a variety of currencies. Cons There is very little that I dislike about Tilly Pay, however, I have found that my stripe dashboard data isn't fully reconciled. Recurring payments are sometimes counted as 'new customers' and as such some of the stripe metrics are incorrect. This is not a big deal at all as I am processing a small number of payments, but this could be an issue if your business relied on stripe metrics heavily. Review Source SK Séamus K. Since the design and the UX of the platform is very intuitive I barely needed to read the documentation. Pros Since I work in a digital agency, it's my job to find cost effective & high qualitative services for our clients in their projects, that are both easy to implement and easy to modify when we hand over the project to the client. TillyPay has all those qualities! Since its no code implementation, our non-technical clients could easily take over the account after we were done from our end. Cons At first I was looking for their API-documentation in order to see if there were somethings we could customize for our projects, but that was missing. I understand the no-code aims they have, and at this point we have not had any features that we felt were missing. But we don't know what our future clients needs might be, and there could be some cases where we would be in need for the APIs. Review Source AM Amelie M. As a pro user I created my own page customized with my logo and domain to receive payments and there is no fee per transaction. My client feel safe to pay through that link and the conversion is high. I can only recommend ! Cons Nothing really.
